David DuFault

David goes all in for his clients. He’s savvy, really smart, kind, committed to his clients, and (bonus!) funny. We had one week to find an apartment in Chicago and David was there for us every step of the way. He communicated early and often, thought outside the box and found us a great place we love, allowing us to make a crucial school-​registration deadline for our son. Whew and thank you. One of David’s best quality is is his amazing eye and design sensibility, which allows him to see the possibilities tailored for each client. Additionally, he helped acclimate us to our new neighborhood and even taught us about the life-​changing ParkChicago app. David guided us through an excellent Chicago real estate experience.

David is a gifted and amazing real estate agent — as first-​time home buyers, we needed someone who we can trust and guide us, and he was absolutely the trustworthy friend we needed. Every step through the process, he took time to explain our options so that we can make the right decisions. We love the condo that David helped us get, and we truly thank him for all his support and help throughout the home-​buying process!
