I have used Jim Rubens at David Friedman for 18 years. He shows all sides of a situation and cuts the emotion out of the problem, showing you how judges and others will probably respond. Every prediction he made years ago has come true.

I had used Andrew Engle as a lawyer, and he did NOTHING for me for about 7 months, just kept stringing me along as I was getting billed, saying my ex wasn’t cooperating. Only until I spoke with my ex, did we both find out that each of our lawyers was putting blame on each of us. I then expressed my disappointment and unsatisfaction w/​his services that he FINALLY wrote up the paperwork and we were able to finalize everything. Honestly this should have taken a month or 2 at most, not 10 months and $ 3000. He’s a snake, do not use him!
