On July 31, 2015 I brought my 2 years old grandson and Daughter in law to the exhibit in Chicago.
1. My ticket was discounted 3 $ for being a Disabled American Veteran. Down the pier in Chicago was Children’s Museum and they gave me a free ticket of entrance.
2. My grandson was lost in the jumping rooms. I had to turn off the BLARING music by pulling extension cords until it stopped so we could yell his name. I had to run into the back of the room to find a door open to the other side of the convention. I had to ask 5 times for security to be called. The guy working did not have a radio to call for security. I finally found my grandson wondering where his mom had been watching. He managed to walk past 4 adults. In all the confusion it was insulting to have staff tell me to go talk to someone else with Radio.
3. MUSIC blaring where children are playing is never a good idea. I highly recommend that you look at the set up and the stupid music blaring as a security threat.
