Best customer service ever! To the two man crew who was working on 12÷3÷15 at about 915pm, you guys are wonderful. .definitely coming back here!

Really terrible service twice now. Over 2 hours to get my order before I cancelled it. What’s even worse though is they lie to you. I offered to come pick up the order since they said they were short on drivers. They said it had just left the restaurant and I would have it in 10 minutes. It didn’t show up even though I waited another hour. Ridiculous. Other locations get it right. This one doesn’t care.

Usually these guys are good, but today there was ONE delivery driver. I waited over TWO hours to get my order and after calling them a 2^nd time. I was told they tried contacting me and the order was cancelled. After hanging up, I checked my phone log only to see zero missed calls and my order is still pending for delivery! So aggravated at how unprofessional this whole thing was handled.

Really shitty service! The order was completely wrong. First told me that they will get me my order will be corrected and then an hour later once when I called back, the manager said sorry. Shittiest manager I spoke to. Zero customer service. Oh and we were stuck with the wrong pizza. Never buying again from this location

Ever since the company decided to put more effort into making better quality pizzas i find us buying more pizzas here than pizza hut. Pizza was good, service was fast and price was affordable!

After quite a few orders with no problems, the quality of pizza from this store has gone downhill fast. I stopped in and ordered a hand-​tossed pizza, and they used a crust that had been tossed hours before and sat out for God only knows how long. I saw that they were actually going bad sitting out and when I got home it was clear that I got one of those pizzas. When I called to complain, they said they would record $ 5 off in their little book at the store, and I should ask for it the next time I ordered.
Last time I ordered, I got a pizza that was really bad. I can’t believe someone pulled this out of the oven and didn’t decided to make it again. One side of the pizza was raw and the other overcooked. The pizza was only cut twice, so there were only six pieces — two of which were ¼ of the pizza in size. The overcooked side of the pizza was also physically damaged, having been curled up overtop of the pizza like it was resting in the box at an extreme angle.
I called the store and they didn’t pick up the phone. I e-​mailed Domino’s about this and got no response. So now I’m telling you all about it. Avoid this Domino’s location.

This is not a review of dominos in general. Just this location. Terrible! I ordered pizza 2 hours ago. Are you kidding me?

We will never order from this place again. Despite the fact that the food across the board is mediocre, at best, my fiancé and I decided to order a pizza tonight from dominoes because it was late and we hadn’t eaten. An hour and a half after ordering and still no pizza, we call and were told the pizza wasn’t coming because the delivery driver could not figure out where we lived. Instead of calling us, they just didn’t show up. Regardless of the fact that not one of the employees could speak a proper and grammatically correct sentence, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed our order anyway. We won’t be doing that again. Save yourself the headache and always stick with ANYWHERE else if you’re ordering pizza late or at anytime during the day. These fools should not be allowed out of their homes, if they even have one.

Pizza here is never better than C– but it is only 2 blocks from my house cheap and quick. Tonight the pizza was F-​, so salty I am still regretting eating 1 piece before throwing the pizza in the garbage. No matter how much water I drink I am unable to get the salt taste out of my mouth. Tasted like someone opened a salt shaker and dumped the bottle on the pizza. If it was free I wouldn’t order another pizza from here.

Wonderful, friendly staff even right before closing time on a weekend! Everything was done quickly and I was in and out in under a minute.

What can I say but this is not the Dominos of days gone by. Thank goodness! Those were the days of the thick globby tasteless crust. Blah. We love the thin crust. Throw a few ingredients on it and voila! A quick meal! They do have other pizzas of varying thickness but we stick with the thin. The veggie sandwiches are really good, they are a little smaller in size than how the picture looks but with the cooked veggies and melted cheese on a crusty roll it’s quite tasty. I have also had the pasta bowl Alfredo w veggies on several occasions and it’s a nice size serving and quite good. We usually get some cinnamon sticks with the glaze to finish up. Oink! :-).
I place the order online for pickup, and it is always ready pretty quickly and usually that’s within the 15 minutes they quote you. You can save your favorite orders and they have a lot of coupons when you order online so you can usually get some pretty good deals. The employees are always friendly when you walk in so that’s always a positive !

They do a good job here. Have ordered several times– only one of them was not the best experience, and they took a step to make it right. Every other time has been excellent service, value, and food!

Why can’t Edgebrook attract better quality business? Dominos is crap compared to other options found in other areas. Thankfully Villa Rosa is a better option and is in the area. For quick takeout Homemade Pizza would be a better option, but only tacky businesses locate in Edgebrook. I guess Edison Park is still my favorite dining area locally. This is the fault of the lame chamber of Commerce.

The pizza is great, but the last 2 times, and also as i write… their pizza is taking an hour, plus, to get here. Are they no longer making and delivering pizzas in 30 minutes or less? Anyway, villa rosa is a half a block away, and fantastic. And local. I do love their parmasean twists… so i wait, knowing other domano’s deliver more efficiently. Bah!!!
