Ever since they got new management a few months ago service has declined immensely. Every time I go, they mess up my order or they forget that I even made one. I used to love how convenient it was, but it is always a bad way to start my day. I only use it for emergency situations before or after I get on the train. I work in the food industry too and I understand that it can be hard to deal with, especially in the morning rush. But it’s the management that is usually messing up the order which is what I find so annoying. Once they messed up my coffee order three times and they were getting mad at me! Just overall inefficient location compared to how it used to be. Hopefully someone more competent will take over it, until then I recommend any other place. Whole foods café is only a few feet away…

I’ve been telling myself that I was going to write a review for this DD– I commute from edgewater(work on the south side) and use my iced coffee addiction as a reason to chop my commute into two parts. As such at first I tried the Belmont outpost of DD and two days in a row was left waiting for ~3−5 minutes(which feels SO much worse when you hear the trains that you should be on rolling by). After that I tried the Fullerton outpost and my day was quite literally made by the iced coffee that was in my hand less than a minute after getting in the small queue. I can only believe that it’s due to their manager, Alex, who is constantly helping the other employees if he’s not manning the register/window himself and who seems to move at the speed of light. Furthermore he’s unfailingly polite. So thank you Alex and congrats to DD for having such an amazing manager.

It’s a cute little spot by the train to hop in and how about right before you have to go somewhere you can just get a little bagel or as many bagels if you want it’s a very good price you can get some gum on the way and a drink.

This is a pretty good dunkin donuts, it’s clean inside. They aren’t that speedy though, stood there for 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. The coffee was alright, not burnt which I’ve experienced at other locations. It suits my before work caffeine needs. I would give them a second chance and grab another cup before work.

They are usually pretty fast with service, but the last THREE times I’ve been there I’ve been blatantly ignored for a good 5 minutes, even when I’m the only person at the window. Earlier this week I waited 5 minutes(if not longer) for a small coffee which they always have on deck. I watched 6 other people get in and out like I normally do before I finally asked if I was ever going to get my coffee. So now my pent up frustration has boiled down to this… you’ve been Unilocaled, DD. Delayed gratification that early in the morning is definitely not my thing. The location is convenient. I just wish their coffee wasn’t so damn good and didn’t make me feel like I was a kid on a sugar high so I could have a another reason to just skip it altogether.

Sweet baby Jesus, this is the fastest DD I have ever been to. And the lady that works the cash register during rush hour actually remembers you and your usual order. Excellent service. It has two windows – one outside the Fullerton stop, and one inside – and no seating, it’s just a walk-up place.

This is a convenient Dunkin’ Donuts at the Fullerton CTA el stop, open 24×7 and accessible both from inside and outside the train station. This is especially helpful since you can see the train timings and then choose to get something from this coffee shop. No complaints about the service and this store carries the full menu.

Carmel Cappacino Blast and a wrap… Boom, outta there and time to make the train. Love this location, whether in the morning or late at night, always hitting the spot, superfast service, typically a very short, if any, line depending on when you go. At 5:45am I’ve been able to get what I want before the light turns green again. That I was impressed with. This is my coffee spot!

Wake up wrap for 99¢ Coffee. Fast service, although basically every time I get something from here it’s never what I’ve ordered. They need to have a better system of organization, like numbers, or names. Other than that, they’re always open when I’m dragging my feet to work, and the coffee is always a good start to my day.

My sister was visiting from Minneapolis and said«Damn, you sure have Dunkin Donuts all over Chicago.» I shrugged my shoulders and said, «Meh.» Of course, when I want a Dunkin Donuts they are no where to be found or are located in an odd area that require a car. Well not anymore! This Dunkin Donuts under the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line El stop popped up overnight. They have an order window inside the station and also outside near the Dominicks(gives Starbucks a run for its money since they don’t have a Walk-‘Through’ Window). Now I can get my caffeine fix during the last few weeks of my graduate studies. If they don’t keep American running as the CaffeiNation they make it sound like on their advertisements, then they just keep me running. Gotta love their Pumpkin-flavored coffee during the fall, and their Blueberry-flavored coffee any other time of the year(Sounds gross but try it for yourself!). Welcome to DePaul’s campus, DD. Now all you need is an app that allows one to pay(like Starbucks) through the iPhone PassBook.
