Dunkin’ Donuts

Was very happy here! The afternoon staff was friendly and went above and beyond in offering additional latte flavors. When no straws were left the busy staff promptly restocked!

I feel a little silly writing a review about a Dunkin’ Donuts, but this place is just AWFUL. Granted, I’ve only had late night experiences in the drive-​thru (between 8pm and 12am). I know what it’s like to work the overnight shift at a 24 hour café. You’re tired, just wanting to go home, but that is never an excuse to be rude to your customers, especially when it was unwarranted. Of the handful of times I’ve been here, I was greeted coldly over the intercom. I would place my order, but that never seemed to matter. They would just throw X number of donuts in a bag and shove it through my car window after I paid. My most recent, and final visit, I suppose the intercom wasn’t working properly, because the man taking my order could not understand me. I said I would pull up to the window, where I asked for a strawberry frosted donut. He told me they were out and flat out closed the window in my face! Will never come back here.

With lots of previous bad customer service and snail like work ethic. This is my 2^nd 5 star review at DD in less than a week. UNBELIEVABLE !!! The young lady Stephanie took the time to stir my friend & I ‘s iced Carmel iced latte. My friend said thanks for stirring most places leave all the Carmel at the bottom. She replied I just treat people the way I want to be treated. She was very polite and obtained excellent customer service. Sometimes the small things are the things that really matter. Especially when you are a coffee addict!!!

SOUND TRACK OF LIFE
I decide to get some antioxidants in my life. I’m trying to live to 100 years old. So I walked in and decided to grab a small iced green tea here. Yes DD has learned the secrets of the East. The girl behind the counter offered to add cream and sugar. I told her no thanks… why add fat and sugar if I don’t need it. I was trying to be healthy.
As I was sitting there and putting my straw into my cup a song started playing in the background…

I started to giggle as I looked around to make sure I wasn’t on a hidden camera show. I expected a camera in my face as I was sipping my green tea. The song continued to play.

I instantly went to a peaceful place and truly enjoying my iced green tea. I pictured myself being Quentin Tarantino picking out a soundtrack for his next movie. Music can really set a mood and I was having a moment thanks to the music in the background. If I could only have a soundtrack everywhere I go. As I relaxed there listening to the lyrics I realized that bad things happen in Quentin Tarantino movies. What if someone walked in and started kicking me fast as lightning? That would be frightening! Whose idea was this for me to order this green iced tea? I’m not relaxed anymore. So much for my moment of Zen… I better get out of here now and safely into my car.
As I walked to my car, I began to think this iced green tea is really good. What a great idea! I was starting to relax and feel calm again. Then I started my car and a Justin Bieber song was playing and I wanted someone to kick me again to take away the pain.
So if your looking for a healthy refreshing drink then try the DD iced green tea. It is truly refreshing. Just shut your radio off and relax!

The guy working was nowhere to be found, but then after I closed the cooler door he appeared at the register.

This is on the way to my girlfriend’s work, and since I give her a ride most mornings, we stop in here. I always get a large iced coffee black, and occasionally get a bagel.
The drive-​through in the morning has a ridiculously long line, but the girls working the register move people through really fast. You’ll get in a six car long line, and before you know it, you have your breakfast, and you’re moving out! Bagels and coffee have always been good and taste fresh.
While the line for the drive through moves fast, you do need to proceed with extreme caution, cause it’s an accident waiting to happen.

COCROACH IN COFFEE… FUCK…Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww…
YES, That’s what i got in mine. I was about to drink it. Infact i did but i spit it out. I got large coffee. I was in my car driving to my work. The coffee was little cold so i thought what the hack Let me drink it up so open the lead and started drinking. All of a sudden i felt something in mouth so for a moment i thought it might be coffee leaves but still didn’t feel right so instead swallowing it i pull up my car on side way and spit out all the coffee and what i found made me Vomit Whole fucking DAY you guessed it right It’s big dead cocroach i was about to swollow… FuCK THIS COFFEE SHOP… I SWEAR I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL DRINK COFFEE FROM THIS COFFEE SHOP EVER AGAIN. IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE COCROACH IN BREAKFAST… GO AHEAD. eWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW…I still fucking disguested and angry …

l come here on occasion if I don’t have anymore coffee in the house or I just feel like having a good cup of joe. I think Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is the best. Hazelnut with cream and sugar and I’m ready to start my day. Their breakfast sandwiches are better than others but I tend to go for the coffee only.

The drive through is annoying because it’s hard to get into the parking lot if you’re in a car, people are pulling out non-​stop, and one almost hit me while I was on foot! Come on people, stop being lazy and drag your ass out of the car and walk in to get your donuts. But no, they are in such a hurry because they are the only people who have to get to work on time in the morning, so screw everyone else, they’re driving up onto the curb and almost hitting pedestrians.
Anyway, I like this DD. They are fast and efficient. Last time I was there, I was short by about .40 and I would have gone to look in my car, but she let it go, very nice of her. I much prefer DD’s to Starbucks, mostly for the price, and the lattes are great.

Jeckyl or Hyde? I swear, you don’t know which personality you are going to get from the girl who works the drive-​thru weekday mornings. Somedays it’s, «Hi sweetie» and other days you’d swear she spits venom when you ask for an extra napkin. She’s unpredictable. Seriously, is it really THAT bad to use a pair of tongs to pick up a donut or bagel, put it in a cellophane sleeve or put Sweet n Low in my iced latte? And PLEASE fix your drive-​thru curb. Luckily I haven’t scraped my rims on it yet but I see where other people have!

1 large coffee extra cream, regular sugar $ 1.96. ooohh so good, I would prefer the temperature of the coffee to be a little hotter (other dunkins have perfect temperature).
Sometimes I’ll splurge on a medium mocha cappuccino $ 5.16 (yikes!)
The drive-​thru is a bit daunting cuz the curve is soooo tight. I might as well park my car and move my butt the 20 steps into the b&m store. The concrete piles that line the drive thru have been scratched and hit. My right back! k tire always gets stuck on the curb. (can you tell I go here too much)?
