They recently opened up some locations back home in California and that’s when I first had Dunkin’ donuts. I was very impressed with their coffee and donuts, as well as the customer service. However, this location is small and dirty. How could your place be so dirty if you only have 2 tables and a small area to clean. The lady at the counter was rude and has no customer skills. Her English wasn’t too great either. She could not understand that I wanted my latte slightly less hot than what they usually steam their milk to. When I first took at small sip group my drink, I burned my tongue. I really didn’t enjoy my experience here. Maybe if she wasn’t talking on her Bluetooth earpiece to whom ever the entire time, she would get things right. If she’s the one who runs this place, then I doubt she gets much clientele. Also, the donut selection was very limited. I’m surprised for this location being 24 hrs they wouldn’t have more donuts out. I will definitely be a lil more cautious when going to another Dunkin’ Donuts here in the area.

Garbage afternoon employees. Garbage coffee. Never getting my dollar again. Why don’t you tell Sharonda or whatever her name is to wipe the disgusting scowl off her face, smile for a minute and ask me ‘What would you like, sir?’ instead of «WHATCHUWANT?» Manners. They go a long way. Management has not done anything to remedy this. Stay away from here. It’s the absolute worst.

First time coming in here and was not impressed. There are two cashiers– myself and another customer were standing in front of each of the cashiers waiting to have our orders taken. We stood there dumbfounded as both cashiers proceeded to talk over us, having a conversation, laughing with a customer who was not even dining or purchasing anything. A minute or two later they finished talking and I was finally greeted with«how can I help you?» Not that I should be surprised, but my drink order was not put in or perhaps it was wrong as I stood at the counter in front of an unclaimed hot coffee. I again waited patiently as someone finally noticed I had been standing there for while and had not gotten my order. Then he proceeded to make my iced latte, which was still wrong but I was done with the waiting and just booked out of there! DD peeps NEED to be on their A-game especially on Monday mornings and they definitely were not today at this location. I can’t wait for the Clark/Lake station location to reopen again!

Yuck! It smells so bad in here that I really questioned whether I should just leave and walk out. I did order and my drink was fine, but I definitely question the cleanliness. I doubt I’ll ever be back.

I usually don’t write about Fastfood chains but I couldn’t just let this go. I want in just now to get a simple blueberry bagel w/cream cheese. I asked then to put it on cuz I can’t. Well the mgr told me he will this time but next time they won’t cuz they too busy. There was 5 employees at 6:30 in the morning with only one customer sitting down drinking his coffee. The guy kept saying he won’t do it again and so on and so on. Well after getting my bagel and leaving the woman who made it just threw a packet of cream cheese in the bag. So after all that complaining he did for nothing. If I could leave negative stars I would.

It pains me to write a mediocre review of Dunkin Donuts. My early childhood days were spent in a little city in the outskirts of Dallas. This city is called Garland! In the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Dunkin Donuts were readily available and on occasions my mother would treat me to one of the delectable donuts! Then we moved to the Bay Area, where there were no Dunkin Donuts to be found and the people say«hella». My trip Chicago was an opportunity to relive my childhood memories. I heard Dunkin Donuts ran rampant in the windy city. So I had to have a Dunkin Donut. I woke up from my comfy bed, got ready and walked to the nearest Dunkin Donut. The smell was intoxicating. I ordered a basic chocolate donut and a cup of coffee. I ripped the bag open in anticipation and immediately ate a bite of the donut. May I say, it was a huge let down. The donut was not fresh and there was no distinct flavor in the donut. It was so boring and I begin to question my youth. Was it all a lie??? I took another bite just to be certain that I wasn’t imagining it. Nope, I wasn’t. Bland and stale. I didn’t even bother eating the rest. Their saving grace and why they got two stars? The coffee! It was delicious and saved the day!

***The donuts here did not have the freshness or flavor that I have experienced with Krispy Kreme donuts on the West Coast*** I remember my last visit to a Dunkin’ Donuts(in the Philadelphia airport) was satisfying enough. I had their Boston Cream donut, which I think is one of their signature items. On this visit, I opted for their chocolate long john and blueberry donut. I thought the chocolate long john was going to be filled with cream, but it was just a plain donut topped with chocolate icing. It was not that great – a little on the bland and doughy side. The blueberry cake donut was a little too dry and the glaze did not have the nice mix of sweetness and crisp crust that I’ve had with better blueberry donuts. This donut(like the chocolate long john) was a little bland. Service was fine. Neither of the donuts I had here had the freshness or flavor that I have gotten with Krispy Kreme donuts on the West Coast. I hardly ever eat donuts, but based on this one visit, I would definitely opt for Krispy Kreme over Dunkin’ Donuts. I am not sure what the parking situation is around here. This shop seems to be located in a busy area(and right next to the elevated train tracks). I imagine parking would be hard to find and expensive around here.

My new favorite Dunkin in Chicago. I have tried by day and by dark. Be it morning or be it night… The coffee if warm, fresh and dynamite!

This is the *only* Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve found in the city so far that has a large selection of *fresh* donuts at night! I’ve searched high and low and the standard Chicago DD has no Boston Creams in the evening and all of their other donuts-glazed, cake, sprinkle, are STALE. I went here last night on a whim and not only was their customer service fantastic, they had lots of Boston Creams and all the donuts were soft and fresh. Totally worth the trek if you’re looking for fresh donuts anytime after 10 am in the city.

I really like Dunkin Donuts coffee, even if, on occasion it’s a little watery. This place is right in the loop and before work, the place handles the rush very quickly. Maybe it’s more of an indication of my poor timing than the service, but I stop here even if I’m running late because I know I will be in and out with my coffee.

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I HEART Dunkin. I grew up in Michigan eating Dunkin’s donut holes to my heart’s content… then my parents say«We’re moving to CA» BAM! Out of no where my Dunkin dreams are shattered. 20+ years later… my heart still yearns for them. Thus, anytime I go anywhere East… its«First stop Dunkin!!!» I was in Chicago this past weekend and visited this location every day that I was there.(3 times) Although, I do have to say I was a bit disappointed as I came in search of my favorite, powdered vanilla crème filled which they did not have… bummer… But they made up for themselves with their vanilla iced donut which I had 3 of along with a lovely cup of hot chocolate… yummy, yummy in my chunky tummy. YUMMMMMERSS.

Three words: Vanilla. Iced. Coffee. Get one now, so good. Purchased 2 coffees(medium) for a friend and I and it was under $ 4.50. Beat that Bux :) We were on our way back to the office and 3 guys in the elevator were commenting on the rich aroma of the coffee. I think they wanted to go get one or steal our drinks!
