If you plan on stopping in for coffee or donuts in the morning, be ready to wait for about 5 to ten minutes, because there is usually a long line of people there. This is definitely a very busy location! If you stop over during lunch time, it’s the opposite: not very busy. Here’s the funny part: this Dunkin Donuts is wedged between a Giordano’s on both sides! It’s crazy, but true! And no, they don’t have pizza donuts! But the owner is really nice and friendly if he’s at the cashier.

Fast, courteous service and strong, hot coffee to beat the Chicago winter. It isn’t anything fancy, but if you want your caffeine fix that won’t break your wallet, this place will fit the bill.

In and out in minutes is what you want from a breakfast place in a busy city. Went in ordered got my drink and left in minutes. Place could’ve been a little tidier.

THISDDHASBUTTERPECAN. Maybe I just needed a morning caffeine jolt, but that front door is HEAVY. Who cares? They have butter pecan! The line at DD was longer this morning than at Starbucks yesterday. Who cares? They have butter pecan! Employees are a well oiled machine here. Although it was VERY busy, the cashier didn’t forget about me as others would come, get their hot coffee, and go. She did not forget about me and my butter pecan iced coffee. This location is small, which is to be expected in the Loop, so go study or work elsewhere. I wouldn’t say it’s dirty. It’s just an older building with a lot less sparkle and shine to it than other locations.

Stopped in for a coffee while exploring Chicago and it was really good. The cashier/barista was super sweet and helpful and even asked us how our coffee was after the fact.

This location is always busy at three o’clock when the afternoon coffee specials start. Most of the staff are friendly and the store is always clean. I don’t always care for the music that is being played, it should be more neutral and definitely not so loud.

Hey why not. 4 starts it is. I live in California so I’m always excited for Dunkin Donuts. Three times this place satisfied what I needed in a quick and well executed fashion. During ‘The Book of Mormon’ Intermission, i rushed to get food and coffee. I was served great food and coffee — and made it back in time to see the second part. Fond memories.

Thanks for putting the chocolate frosted donuts upside down in my bag. I really appreciate when all the frosting is stuck the bag.

First time at Dunkin’ Donuts and I wasn’t totally impressed. I ordered 6 donuts for $ 3.99 and a medium coffee. Although the coffee was decent, the donuts were super stale. It wasn’t until my second donut that I realized why they get their name… you’re supposed to dunk them in coffee! Even then, they weren’t GREAT — just bearable. The counters were dirty, and they were grossly understaffed. My cousin ordered a chicken salad sandwhich and he was pretty grossed out at the lack of visual chicken. Pluses: coffee, inexpensive

First time trying a Dunkin Donut!!! Being from California, we don’t have Dunkin Donuts in San Diego other than the military base BUT we do have Dunkin Donut commercials? haha. anyway, i came here for a quick snack and also just to try Dunkin Donuts. The day was just about to end and they had a few donuts left over. I got 5 munkins for $ 1.09 and my favorite was the chocolate glazed and their cake munkin. I’ll definitely come here again. I just wish donut holes were 10/$ 1.00 again though…

I come home late on the train and pass by this place around 10PM. On my first visit it took 4 minutes for someone to even come out from the back even after asking for help. He was quick and short and made it clear he didn’t want to deal with me. Last night I gave them another chance and came in for a single donut. The manager was out and doing some paper work off to the side close to the kitchen door. I said hello in a pleasant unexpecting voice… nothing, I say HI again in a even more pleasant voice… nothing. FInally I just say louder, excuse me! Not angry but intent on getting a response. He looks up at me doesn’t react and looks back down. I wait ten more seconds and leave in disgust. The entrance is elevated so he had to have seen me enter and leave. Terrible.

I’ve got five words for you: Punkin Coffee in the Express Line! And apparently I can’t count. This Dunkins is right at the corner of Dearborn/Jackson as you get off the Blue Line, and is great for the mad morning rush. The Express Line is so fast, and the employees are great! Punkin! There, I said it like a five year old too. Because it’s one of the pure joys of fall for us adults– Punkin Coffee, Punkin Spiced Lattes, Punkin Pumpkin pie, Punkin shrimp… And unlike other«Diabetes Dunkins» that will feed you a cup of white sugar directly into your mouth if they could, the nice employees at this one told me putting a sweetener in the Punkin Coffee would be too sweet. But they gave me two Splenda packets on the side and wished me on my merry way! Oh joy of seasonal joys, for the remainder of the fall I shall dub this store«Punkin’ Donuts»!

Growing up, there was like one Dunkin Donuts in my home town, they served donuts and coffee and at least 12 – 2050 year old men took up the counter for 10 hours daily. The place also stunk. Clearly I was scarred if I have these vivid memories some 20 years later… This Dunkin Donuts brought me back into the fold. Toasty bagels and low fat cream cheese, delicious crispy hashbrowns oven heated just for me, coffee that doesn’t taste like burning(cough:Starbucks:cough) and awesome morning service that I’ve witnessed get 8 people in and out in less than a minute. Give these people a medal or something.

This is my first jaunt in to Dunkin’ Donuts. The place was mediocre and the donuts and coffee were good. The thing that made me a fan of this particular Dunkin’ was the staff. The cashier/worker was very nice and insightful. She schooled us on the ice coffees and their flavors. Offering to let us taste them and if we were not satisfied she offered to lets us have another flavor. And even though there is no tip jar, do tip if you like the service. We did and it made her day, and it wasn’t huge tip or anything. Would I go back? Definitely.

Yea, yea it’s Dunkin Donuts I know, but I’m reviewing it anyway. I was running late for work and didn’t have time to get eat before leaving the house. I wandered into Starbucks, but they were out of my chocolate chip banana bread so I hit DD’s. There were 2 lines, 1 person in each, so I got in the one that seemed to be moving quicker — wrong! The guy manning my line was only filling orders, not ringing, the other chick was attempting to do both. My guy was lightning fast at filling my order, but his counterpart not so much. When it was finally my turn to pay I felt like I was checking in for a flight, she hit about 20 keys just to ring up my one donut! Bottom line: It’s DD’s so you know what the food is like, just don’t expect to be out in a flash! P. S. They no longer serve Baskin Robbins

Hey, it’s where we get our coffee. What’s to say? But here’s a tip: there are two lines in the morning. The right one is served by two registers, the left one is served by just one. So, choose wisely.
