I wasn’t even aware I could leave school reviews on Unilocal!Hopefully this is helpful to someone… if you’re considering this place for headstart/​pre-​school don’t even waste your time. You can google the place to read about how their extreme unorganization caused close to 20 or more toddlers to be stranded on a field trip for nearly 6 hours outdoors in the cold.
Even after that incident, I tried giving this place another try and things got consistently worse. I wasn’t acknowledged by any staff for an apology or even called to let me know my child was abandoned, I found out through other parents. I had to still write a letter just for an administrator or school official to even call and acknowledge what happened. The person that runs the entire organization lost her temper on a phone call to discuss some other miscommunication issues that occurred during the fall in regards to my child’s enrollment and not only became belligerent with me on the phone, but also with her staff present on her end of the conference call. Avoid this place at all costs these people are just here for a paycheck.
