I went in about 2 weeks ago not expecting to buy anything right away. As soon I step foot in the Fossil store, a cheerful and nice associate asks if I’m looking for anything specific which I was, I needed a men’s travel bag, she def helped me in picking one out and showing me their selection, but she had no idea what she was talking about when describing the bag to me. So I ended up purchasing one of the nicest bags I seen there and she told me the strap on the side was so I can hang it on my luggage in case I got tired of holding it. I thought that was cool and helped me decide to get it. Wrong. The strap is for when you want to fold it over into a smaller bag. It’s a second handle. Another thing that got me was when she went to the back to find the bag, I was looking at the bracelets and found a nice one, the. When she came out she was standing off to the side looking at me from the corner of my eye like I was trying to steal it. I might be a teenager but that doesn’t mean I’m going to steal it. Trust me, I can afford a $ 60 bracelet. Love the store and products but Fossil should invest in employee training on products.

I love Fossil watches and have purchased quite a few in the past but have never been to this particular store. I brought in two different watches that were no longer working and the salesperson, Kathleen, fixed one on the spot for me. The other she changed the battery on but afterwards noticed the minute hand was moving freely when the watch was moved. Because she was unsure whether or not she had caused this to happen when she changed the battery(neither of us had noticed it in our conversation before), she sent it in the be fixed and waived the charges. She was also just an overall friendly salesperson. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future purchases!

Horrible customer service! My boyfriend took his watch in about 2 months ago to have the battery changed. The guy at the store could not easily get the watch to open so he was banging it against the wall!!! A few minute later, he came out and said he had broken the watch and that it would have to be sent in for repair… 4 weeks later, the watch comes back and the battery is still not fixed! The watch also came with a $ 40 bill for the repairs that were the fault of the Fossil employee in the first place! I went in yesterday to have the battery changed an the same guy broke the minute hand on the watch and so now it is being sent in again and we have to wait another 3 – 4 weeks for it. Absolutely dreadful costumer service.

I know nothing about watches, especially men’s watches, which is what my fiancé wanted for Christmas. I can’t afford Michael Kors, but wanted it to be nice, so I checked out Fossil’s website to see the price range($ 100 – 150 for the style he wanted) then headed to the store for some help choosing. The woman that helped me was soo sweet and helpful, and not pushy at all! It can feel a bit uncomfortable walking into the store as everything is perfectly placed, including the employees positioned just so, but once we started talking, the stuffiness was gone :) My fiancé loved the watch, but a few days after Christmas it stopped keeping time. I took it into the store, and without hesitation they said they’d just give me a new one! Minutes later, I was on my way out with a brand new watch. Great customer service! Fun fact — Fossil actually makes Michael Kors watches, then just adds the logo instead of their own. Same for Marc Jacobs, Diesel, etc. SO it’s definitely a better deal to buy Fossil instead if you care more about having a good watch than the label ;)

The new sales staff at Fossil are so great! I went in with a ceramic watch that had a broken link, the link right by the face. Instead of shipping it off to get fixed for $ 80(it was a fix they couldn’t do in the store), they replaced it with a totally new watch in the same style. They are awesome!

I came here yesterday because I had been eyeing a few things in the catalog for a few weeks. I was really trying to avoid coming to this area because it’s always so congested on the Magnificent Mile. I am really glad I came here because the sales people were really friendly, helpful, and just generally nice, especially since I had just come from being outside in the gross, rainy weather. I’m very glad I decided to make the trip to this location. I cannot remember the name of the associate who helped me, but she was awesome. I’m a fan of this store and will definitely come back.

Many thanks to the salesperson at Fossil yesterday who took the time to take a link out of my watch, and then replace it right away when the watch was too tight. She didn’t have to take the time to do that, especially since I had already purchased the watch elsewhere, and had no intention of purchasing anything on this visit.

The little band on the strap on my husband’s fossil watch broke… so we went to the store to see if they could fix it. They said they would have to send it off to another watch store to do this… so we gave it to them and they took it away. About a year later, we still have not received the watch back. My husband has called the watch company multiple times. They said«the watch couldn’t be fixed» and«that a check was in the mail» as compensation. We never received the check, even after calling back twice to say we never received it. When he called Fossil, they just passed the buck without a care in the world. Absolutely awful. Why Fossil would work with such an untrustworthy business is beyond me. We are totally out a watch(that still worked fine, minus the band!) and we will NOT be doing business with Fossil again.

I was in this store with a friend who was shopping and my Fossil sunglasses broke. I asked the clerk to throw them away and she replaced them! i told her I had bought them 6 months ago, or more, and she had the same pair in stock and replaced them anyway. I am impressed and will buy many more Fossil products. I have a purse from there also and love it

I recently stopped in to grab a pin I’d lost and battery for my watch. I was immediately informed that my watch would need to be sent in for repair which would take 3 – 4 weeks. Even though Fossil claims to have an 11 year warranty, the«fix» would cost $ 27 claiming the crystal was broken. A typical battery replacement would have been $ 17. These prices include shipping and handling. After refusing to pay $ 27 for a battery and pin, they offered to replace the battery for $ 10 plus tax. They also gave me a phone number to call to have a pin shipped to me. Seriously, what kind of service is this? I have to question why they needed credit card info for my allegedly NOT«under warranty» repair. And, how hard would it be to have 50 pins in various sizes at every store? They claimed that they«could not store spare watch parts» at every store. Ummm, ya know, b/c watch parts, like pins take up a lotta space. Whatever, Fossil.
