Ashley is a talented and intuitive healer who truly listens to your needs and consciously creates her sessions to meet you where you are at..
I saw her for a Shiatsu session and my experience was remarkable. She took her time to thoroughly understand my body’s history with injuries and ailments and she listened to how I was feeling the day of my session. I found myself walking into the session with stiff tension in my shoulders, neck and arms and in turn I left the session feeling open, invigorated and pain free as a result of her individualized attention.
I highly recommend Ashley and I look forward to receiving work from her again in the near future!
