I’m not sure who the employees here think they are or if they were trained to treat prospective customers with such disrespect. You do not ask an adult customer if they’re sure they know what part they need and then proceed to ask them if they want to call their mother to make sure they’re making the right purchase. We live three blocks from this GameStop location and will be going to a different one that’s further away just to avoid having to deal with such horrible and disrespectful customer service. I would highly encourage people in the area to do the same. I would also highly encourage management to review some of their employees.
