THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE PHONES!!!
I bought LG P-​880 in this store. After about 2 weeks I get message that new software is available. So I did it. I had maybe 30 phones and I always did upgrade of the system with no any problems. After that start problems with my phone. I could make a call buy after that my screen become black and I couldn’t do anything even ends the call!!! I went there and I told them about this. They said that I screwed up my phone by this upgrade. What? I told them that I hear this first time and this is impossible!!! So if it is true I do not want this phone! And they told me that they cannot or exchange this phone nor return my money. They told me to call Police. So I called Police. When they came they asked me what happened. I told them everything. The Police officer was very surprised and that this is strange. Also told to me don’t buy anything from guys like them. And what was wrong with this phone? In the same time when I made upgrade of the system I put screen protector on my screen. It was not original because I was one of the first people who bought this phone. I bought universal screen protector and put it on the screen. This screen protector was over the proximity sensor so phone «sow» it as my face and have made screen black. I just cut off lithe piece of this screen protector and everything is OK!!! So THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE PHONES!!!

Was looking for a specific appliance. They were charging more than full list price, and more than twice what Amazon charged for the same item. When I showed this to them, they seemed to get upset with me.
