I don’t like to waste time, so Hard Pressed is the perfect place for me. The workouts are 30 minutes and believe me that’s enough time. No reason to spend hours at a gym when you can go to Hard Pressed and get an amazing workout in 30 minutes. The classes are capped at eight people, so you’ll get personal coaching throughout the class. The HP coaches make sure your form is correct and you don’t hurt yourself doing any of the exercises. The classes involve everything from treadmills, versa climbers, sandbags, kettle bells, and other fun/painful things. Give it a try… you’ll be glad you did!

If you’re limited on time and want to get in a gut busting workout — Hardpressed Strength and Conditioning is the place to do it. In just 30 minutes, HP’s coaches will have your muscles begging for mercy. It’s not halfpressed, it’s HARDpressed, ya dig?

This is NOJOKE. Just did my first HPSC class with Josh and I feel like I know what it’s like to be a professional athlete…(Well sort of) These classes involve all aspects of conditioning that you don’t see at every gym… Woodway treadmills, versa climbers, bikes, sand bags, sleds, kettle bells, ropes, tires, push boards(love to hate them hate to love them) ANDMORE. I cannot recommend this playground more for any age and fitness type.(As well as Hardpressed in general) Come in ready to work… you’ll be glad you did.
