The food is very overpriced. They claim to take debit, but it is a «cashless atm» so they take the money from your card but charge you 3 bucks to use it. I was not aware of that til after I had purchased my meal. The chicken wings are huge but not in a good way. The grease was old tasting the last time I was there, and of course the customer service is terrible. If I’m spending money in any place, I would like to be greeted as such. Only go here because it is across the street, but if you want good tasting Harold’s, try the establishment on 83^rd and stony, still overpriced but the customer service is good and the establish looks cleaner.

Not as good as they used to be. I had the fish wing combo. Everything tasted the same «hard fried». I could not taste the flavor of the fish. The wings were not that great. Everything tasted like the coating. I wont be back. Too expensive to not be satisfied.

I make my order online, when I get there they say that they’re closed when it clearly says they close at 1:00 it was 12:50 when I get there… why would they have me make my order, then say come pick it up when you’re closed. and not even closing at the right time. But yet they all wanna pack up the food and take it home for themselves. Pissed me off. Who does that?!

Overprice., the wings look like they’re on steroids and customer service sucks. the pop machine never works. There so call Mild sauce is so bitter.

I attempted to call the order and the line was busy. I had to drive r to the location before placing my order. Once inside the seating was noticed as old and tattered… but you are able to sit. The line moved quickly. There was a 15 minute wait for my order… However it was hot, fresh, and delicious! I am so glad I stopped by for lunch.

I grew up in the city and I grew up eating Harold’s. The food is great but this Harold’s customer service sucks and I will never be back.
