Total scam!!! Came out twice for service, first time charged us $ 450 to turn unit back on second time (a week later) charged us 240 $ to take the unit apart and didn’t put it back together. End of service!!! Recommended us to replace a new one for 6500 $. The unit is less then a year old.

The worst. We called them because they were «laars certified» technicians. We had water too hot for comfort, asked them to come in and diagnose the situation and now ever since they’ve been here we’ve had multiple issues of no hot water at all. Another technician from a different company came out and thought they remedied the issue but a week later no hot water again. You try to call and no one answers and their rates are outrageous. Don’t give them your business!

Water heater broke on a Saturday morning and after several other plumbers said they couldn’t help Hot Water 911 not only could help but hey made it out to my house within two hours.
They installed the replacement part quickly and hot water was up and running within an hour. Terrific service.
In addition they were very transparent about costs and actively tried to save us some money for their service. Would recommend!

These guys are a scam– They replaced the hot water heater at my building and knew I was desperate to have it fixed– so they completely charged me a ridiculous amount. The strange part is that the one guy from the company took such pride in the problem and the cost– as if he was excited that it was so much to repair and replace. I didn’t realize how much they gouged me until an identical hot water heater broke in my building and their competitor charged me less than half for the same exact job.
