I had never had a cold until I was fifty years old and then I acquired every disease known to man.
A friend recommended me to see Dr, Alex Lickerman at UC Hospital. Dr, Lickerman literally save my life! He carefully analyzed and diagnosed all my conditions. Alex Lickerman is not only a phenomenal doctor but equally as important as his medical skills are his patient communication or bedside manner skills. I am a big believer in the psychological dictating the physiological. and this is an area which he really shines. The only problem I had with Dr. Lickerman was the limited amount of time he could spend with me because of his many patient obligations at the hospital.
That no longer became a problem as he has opened up his own «concierge» doctors office.
I have visited him a couple of times now in his new office and could not be more pleased.
In this technological rush, rush day and age that we all live in, it is a pleasure to get this type of service. I am telling all my friends about hsi new practice and and he gets my top accolades.
He is a first class doctor with a first class personality, and makes you immediately at ease with his treatment. This is very difficult to find anywhere in the medical world!

Dr. Lickerman, MD is the consummate physician. He is always helpful and goes above and beyond in service and professionalism. He is very accessible. His knowledge base, experience and ability to access healthcare resources and specialists when needed are among his many qualities.

Dr. Lickerman has been very proactive in my families health care. Through, dedicated, and professional. The staff have been welcoming, and terrific in getting appointments set up — even with other care providers.
Worth every penny to no longer be at the mercy of bad schedules, urgent care clinics, and the unknown.
You can’t beat the location either– if you travel by train, or can — the office is right next to both Union and Ogilvie!
