Like the other review this place is just eh.
It is Joyas de Alessandra. I came here because I wanted to get my medal re-​engraved by PR Engravers who are «located» here. I think it is just a guy who runs the machine out of this location. It is quite unprofessional to list business hours but not be there during those hours. I was told he was out of state.
I tried to call ahead but none of the numbers picked up. I knew that I was in for a run but I figured I would give it a go anyway. The store is protected by metal bars and you must ring the doorbell to get in. They will buzz you through two doors.
The people here did not make me feel confident about the information they were relaying me. I’m not sure I would do business here in fear of inconsistencies or bad service.
