I loved my experience here!
I got a regular manicure and pedicure with Karen. They saw me right away and had a beautiful collection of polishes. The space is very clean and and comfortable. Karen is an absolute sweetheart. She is genuinely invested in her clients and I enjoyed our conversations.
I am very nit picky (I’ve had ingrown toe nail surgery before) and she was very patient with me.
It is also affordable given the area it’s in.
I would absolutely recommend Karen!

Omg ! Karen is fantastic and so are all the ladies! All so sweet and informative ! They helped me pull my jeans off my big calves after having a pedicure! I love this place! Just moved to Chicago so this is a big deal to find a great mani pedi spot within a week but I did and I am so excited ! Highly recommended Karen and the ladies are awesome !

Karen isn’t too polite, but I give it 4 stars because Ann is phenomenal. They have a great selection of no chip colors. I typically pay $ 25 for my no chip manicures but the $ 35 was so worth it because Ann did a perfect job. I asked for a sharp square shape and she not only made sure to give me that, but also was so precise with making sure to get any ingrown nails and that no polish was on my fingers. I will definitely be returning.

I moved to Chicago a few months ago and was really hoping to find a nail lady as good as the one I had in my last town… I tried a couple places until I find Karen Nails. I tried both of the locations and highly recommend them!

I have been going to Karen’s Nails since last year when I moved to the city. I can’t say enough good things about their nail salon. I used to go to their other location, but switched to this one since the lady I love to go to (Ann) moved to their new location. Everyone is SO friendly here and they do fabulous work. Ann gives the best pedicures and no-​chip manicures. She takes her time to make sure everything is PERFECT. Literally, best mani/​pedi i’ve ever gotten! I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Great addition to the neighborhood. Newly remolded and clean. All the women here are so nice and they do good work. I had a 2 day old pedicure ruined by a pair of shoes and they corrected it for no charge. Above and beyond on the customer service. I’ve tried all the places in walking distance around the gold coast and this one is by far the overall winner. I just booked my next appointment!

I love this place. Karen and Ann are so nice and Ann gives the best pedicures. It’s kind of hard to spot on the street, but this place is worth going to!

Karen ROCKS. I moved to Chicago 2 years ago and it took me about 6 months to find a go-​to nail lady. Karen is my lady. I’m the kind of person that can’t handle my nails being uncovered. I have had them done every 2 weeks since I was roughly 12 years old.
I can’t even begin to describe the horrific experiences I have had trying salons around the city from infected nails to no-​chip chipping on my way home from the salon to manicurists who don’t speak english to getting totally and completely ripped off for basic services ($ 100 for a mani pedi?!)… I thank God every day for bringing me Karen! This new salon is fantastic. She completely remodeled it, everything is 100% brand new. The chairs, the tables, the tools, the polish. She seriously knows what her customer wants and she has delivered. The service is spectacular. She does a wonderful job and brushes paint off the cuticle with each coat. Her attention to detail and ability astounds me. I’m always hesitant when people ask me for a recommendation on a good nail salon because I want Karen for myself. Once you try her you won’t go anywhere else.

Karen’s satellite nail salon is just as excellent as the first! Clients a little further North, waiting for their car service, or coming from the vet next door can have the same personalized and professional service as before. Plus her prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen. This location is immaculate since it has been completely gutted and redecorated. Everything from the furniture and pedi massage chairs, to the nail Polish is new, new, new. And clean! Street parking isn’t bad either. I have been loyal to Karen since I moved here and will continue to come back.
