Extremely slow. I wouldnt recommend this location unless you feel like waiting a long time for food.

I stop by for my lunch break every once in a while. Their service is slow, and the cashiers seem like they don’t know the menu board. When you only have a limited time to eat, every minute counts. Did I mention that they are slow? I have to repeat the order about 2 or 3 times for them to get it right. Make sure you check your food before you leave. The food is pretty good. No problems yet. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they have spicy chicken.

We’ve ordered food to go quite a few times at this location where things are no better than okay — they’ve been polite to me but slow, only one person working the inside window despite a line of customers, and sometimes out of certain items. Since we like KFC, we stop here every so often. Last Sunday, anxious to try KFC’s new«boneless» chicken, we again went there, but when we got home we discovered that we paid for but didn’t receive four extra biscuits and had been given all the wrong sides(macaroni & cheese instead of cole slaw, for example). I had even asked the woman at the counter, «Did you include our extra biscuits in the bag?» and she said«Yes.» But, besides that, the taste of the boneless chicken was somehow a letdown, too — especially oily skin and a strong pepper taste.(I read that KFC predicts that 60% of its business this time next year will be boneless chicken.) We’ll stick with the original recipe chicken breasts and drumsticks and wings WITH the bones. And IF we go back here, we’ll be sure to check our order before we go out the door.

For what it is, this place is okay. Slow as molasses and sometimes some of the chicken is undercooked. I just think that drive thru should always be faster then inside but in this case they are wrong. If you complain about something it seems that they don’t care. On several occasions it was brought up to the drive thru worker that the food was not given to me correctly or chicken was undercooked last time I ordered, but I was told with attitude: «well you should of turned around than», ummm I wasn’t fishing for something free I just wanted it to be understood and have a limited lunch time, that please look over the order before giving it to customers. And forget it, the flamboyant attitude was given to me, but not without me reading the heck out of the worker first. I mean I am a consumer not your«friend», And I approached«you» with all respect. So now I’m going to read you your rights and they are as follows: «Consumers are defined as individuals who purchase, use, maintain, and dispose of products and service, food or otherwise. This is a consumer law, I told him: «now are you sure you want to ge rude because we do have rights and I have no problem reading you yours». He gave in and said: «I didn’t mean nuttin by it». Ummm moral of the story, yes you are considered a food worker and you should do your job with pride but you need to understand that some will challenge when something is not right. Its not a personal attack on you, but its about correcting what is wrong, I don’t want free items anywhere and that was not my intention, but I came to you with a serious issue and it’s a respectful way of approaching. Okay I have a headache now. All of a sudden I feel like going for sushi, chicken has become so passé’.
