Worst place… this place is soooo money hungry its pathetic! They charge outrageous prices and staff are soo rude, docs are okay. They charge for every piece of paper. And dont bill correctly! Stay far far away

Pros;
–Dr. Gupta is amazing. she’s very patient & answers all of my questions thoroughly.
–If you need to see a doctor asap, they’ll schedule you to come in the same day with a nurse practitioner.
–waiting time is never an issue. (As long as you’re on time to your appointment of course.)
Cons;
–They don’t talk to each other. My 7month old son is in daycare and they require updated vaccine records every so often. I have to call about 4 different times to get something faxed over to me. (I speak to someone different each time.)
–not all, but some of the nurses are very sassy with an attitude.
–Billing department never seems to answer my questions when it comes to insurance inquiries and updated information.

I can only say good things.
When I go for not emergency related stuff, a medical practitioner would attend me. I always get an appointment on the same day I am calling. The nurses, the doctors, everyone is nice. There are people than are more «happy» than others, but overall I am happy coming here.
I am so happy that I drive from
Lincoln park to that specific locations.

Some of the nurses and staff were fantastic; some need training on customer service. We saw 2 doctors, Dr. Jankelow and Dr. Gupta. Dr. Gupta was very sweet and caring– unfortunately our schedules did not match with her availability. Dr. Jankelow was ok. They charge ABSURD fees for records. The office needs to be aesthetically updated. I would not come here again. They messed up my twins vaccination schedule and did not apologize when they received Hep B shot too early. Also they sent me multiple bills in the mail that my insurance had covered; and it has been difficult getting my refund back from them.

Always a long wait in the waiting room, short staffed as well.
When called to transfer care they charged $ 43 to fax over health records! Absolutely ridiculous!

This review is for Dr. Gupta. After seeing another doctor in the practice when my 4 month old was first born I almost switched doctors, but thankfully saw Dr. Gupta which kept me coming back. As a new mom I ask a TON of questions and Dr. Gupta is always patient, listening to all my concerns, and thoroughly answering all my questions. She is great with my baby and seems to genuinely care about her. I am so happy to have found Dr. Gupta and would highly recommend her, especially to first time parents!
