It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ed and Lakeview Environmental & Construction Group. Conveniently for me, Ed lives right down the street and he was able to come down the street to asses or situation and give me a very fair quote the same day we spoke on the phone. He then gave me the option to buy the parts online and he would pick them up and the local Home Depot or I could just go get them and he would install them. He was able to schedule to come out the day after he gave me a quote and finished the job within a couple hours.
I’m a real estate agent in Chicago, so I work with a lot of different contractors getting jobs down for my clients. Sometimes I use thumbtack to find them someone in a pinch. That being said, the search is over! I will forever use Ed and Lakeview Environmental & Construction Group for all my contractor needs!

Eddie and Mike were a complete pleasure to work with on our painting project. We had a tight timeline before we moved in to our new place and they were able to finish up everything on time and on budget. The paint job was perfect — clean lines and great workmanship. Eddie is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He was fair in his pricing, worked hard to make sure all of our punch list items were completed properly and on time, and was easily accessible when we needed him. It is difficult to find a reliable contractor that finishes the work on time and as agreed. We are big fans and will continue to use Eddie on future projects!
