McDonald’s

I’ve stopped here probably 20 times on my way to work. The food is fine, and I’ve never actually been inside, but the drive-​thru is hit-​or-​miss. Sometimes, you get through quickly, but others, it takes over ten minutes to get through and get a coffee! When I have time, I prefer to drive over to the Starbucks at 71^st and Stony Island, but McDonald’s works for a quick stop.

this McDonald’s service is horrible. Last time i was in here i waited 20 minutes for cold greasy food. How do you wait that long for cold food? Due to shitty service here i Will never eat here or McDonald’s period.

Where do I begin. Ok let’s see from the moment you pull up it starts. The young lady ask what my order is I give it to her twice and she still can’t comprehend what I said, then I get to the pay window which is disgusting have never been cleaned since forever another nasty stink attitude these people are just plain rude. The service here is horrible not only do they serve your food out of a nasty drive thru which glass looks like a million hands has been on it but they’re just plain mean. I guess the only reason they’re here is because of the location and the money that they’re making off the black people in that area!!! Don’t waste your time here. I rather drive to a different location than go to this one and this one is closer to my house :(

This McDonald’s has multiple personalities. At times, they’re super fast and helpful; at other times you might be in the drive-​thru all day while you watch them help all the customer who are in line inside. Generally everything is a-​ok, though.
