Deserves 0 stars but Unilocal makes you select at least one. This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds on the entire south side if not the entire city. They are always out of something, or something is not ready or it is broken, and the food is never fresh. Last week was my last trip back there ever. The frappé machine wasn’t «ready» and it was 9AM. After years of piss poor service, got fed up, and finally decided to do something about it. Called corporate and made a grievance. The owner’s office called and thanked me for my feed back and apologized. But that was it. After countless inconveniences, I received a: «We apologize.» phone call.

nothing special i just love Mcdonalds, but usually very fast service… polar oppisite from 69^th off the dyan ryan, i do not know how they are still in business

Well a far cry from the 87^th and Ryan location… Got my food before I even got my change! Well see about quality (finishing later) quality was good
