Too bad you can’t rate a minus star on Unilocal!Haven’t been here in 3 years and now I recall why. They completely overbook her schedule which means a 1 ½ hour wait to see her! Desk staff lost my i.d. and insurance card somewhere behind the desk though they were finally located after I got up 3 times to ask about it. Went in about skin lesion concerns and the Dr. assured me I didn’t need to worry about the spots I pointed out but proceeded to tell me that her ethestician would be in soon to talk about my skin care and all the procedures (the lease expensive being $ 250.00 per procedure and I would need 3 – 4) and topical things she would recommend! Another 10 minutes of waiting for the assistant to go over the recommendations with me and another assistant pops in to ask whether I’ve been seen by the doctor and if I was now done or waiting something else. Proceeds to tell me it will be a wait to see the other person as she’s helping with a procedure. I told her I wasn’t waiting any longer and that they really should not overbook the physicians to the degree that folks have to wait over an hour to be seen for a 2 minute info-​mercial about botox, filler and skin care! Will not go back.
