Finding an apartment in Chicago is HARD. With all the rental scams on Craigslist, fake postings to sort through, and how cut throat the market is, I was really having a stressful time finding a place. Luckily, while searching through the thousands of postings, I happened upon one of Michele’s listings. SO happy I did! I wish I would have found her from the start.
She clearly has great relationships with the buildings she shows as they trust her to be the exclusive listing agent. She knew the building inside and out and even some of the tenants! She was honest with me and I appreciated her guidance throughout the process.
She kept me updated via text, confirming all appointments a few hours prior to our scheduled time. She let me know if she was running late, which I also appreciated. It was very easy to get in touch with her! Not only did she flex her schedule to show me the apartment on a couple of occasions, but she drove me around to show me the neighborhood. Definitely went the extra mile and I really appreciated that in the crazy world which is Chicago rentals!!!
The lease signing was very painless and easy and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to move in next month!
