I have done business with Mike Tootelian before and he was horrible at making payments. He always paid late and when our contract was coming to an end, he decided that he simply would just not pay the amount due. He also decided to not answer any phone calls or respond to any emails.
I felt like I was working with a 5th grader. Very petty. I am writing this review to warn others of Mike’s unethical business tactics. Beware of working with this company/​man.

Mike was excellent and very patient with my husband and I. He did a great job in finding homes for us to look at. Mike has great knowledge about the job and I wouldn’t use anyone else. 100% HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend Mike. The best thing about him is that he’s a straight shooter. When I was debating whether to sell or rent out my apartment in the Ukrainian Village area, he gave it to me straight (rent now, sell later). Then he posted my apartment on craigslist and on the realtor sights, had applicants fill out applications, ran the credit check and then gave me really good advice on who to rent to based on the credit score, etc. If you want someone who has been in the business forever and knows his stuff, go with Mike!
