Because I used Morgan Locksmiths years ago and they are in my neighborhood, I decided to try them again in spite of the negative review I read. While speaking to the person who answered the phone who failed to provide a name, I was shocked and angered. My information was taken and I asked for pricing information (which seemed very high) as well as what time someone could come out because my situation was an emergency. As there was no specific time given I requested a call before coming and I was told in a very loud vice that «we won’t be coming and I won’t even write you on the list!!!» I have never been spoken to in this manner by a place of business and they will never have an opportunity to do so again. Too bad you can’t give zero stars.
