It taste the same way every other «Chinese Food» that is located in south side Chicago excluding some Chinatown Restaurants.
That being said the delivery time is good and I have no complains with the food.

This is my family’s go to place for Chinese when we visit our grandparents in west lawn. We just order pick up though. Service is almost always fast, and you get a lot of food for your money. I’ve enjoyed everything that I’ve had so far and We’ve had almost everything by now-​egg rolls, chop suey, cantonese noodles, egg foo yung, fried shrimp, orange chicken, you name it, and the smoothies too. I just wish they had taro and avocade smoothie flavors as those are my favorite flavors.

My «go to» local Chinese food restaurant. Whether eat-​in, pick up or delivery, this is a great place. Awesome food, reasonably priced. Friendly service. Consistent quality. Highly recommend!!!

First time I have ever ordered from here and the general tsos chicken was delicious, and the crab ragons were huge! Wasn’t as spicy as I was hoping tho.

Always consistent and quick delivery service. One of the few Chinese restaurants that will deliver to my house. The orange chicken is delicious.

In the three years I’ve been a customer, this was my first time dinning in. They were either short staffed, and/​or their employees just give really bad service.
Since their food is always tasty, i think I’ll just stick to delivery.

I started giving new china tea a chance again. Their food is better now (still need to ask for mongolian beef spicy b/​c it will lack flavor but it is still delicious!) The staff is very friendly and it is a child friendly place. I loooove their egg rolls and soup. The woman waitress who wasn’t a great waitress before seems to be doing a lot better at service too. I will be going back again! They’re lunches are great too!

I use to eat from here years ago and since I was in the neighborhood I didn’t see why not to have it for lunch. Well I order $ 50 worth of food for my family I didn’t receive the egg rolls I brought and even asked for sweet and sour sauce for the fried rice and didn’t have 1 packet in the bag. Chicken fried rice was dark brown and burnt the pineapple chicken fried rice was white rice with undercooked chicken. The only thing that came out right and good with the beef tomato green pepper extra spicy. I paid extra for extra meat but it seems like it didn’t matter I doubt I’ll go back here ever again with the poor service and food being off

Went to dine in for the first time couple days ago, and I must tell you. Its AWESOME! The service was great, the waitor was really nice and made sure we were happy with the food and drinks. Best crab ragoons I’ve ever tasted. Its a really good Chinese restaurant. I definitely recommend it to everyone:)

This is an interesting review. I was recommended to this restaurant by a friend who lives close by. I owe her big time. The food here is Flavorful and Delicious! I have been to this establishment many times and they never disappoint. They have Chinese and Thai food selections. You can dine in or take out which I have done both. On 6÷29÷15, I had a situation that could of been bad but in the end, it turned out positive. I ordered take out like usual and then drove home (I live 35 minutes away). When I was ready to do a serious dig into my food, I discovered that one of my entrees didn’t have the extra ingredient I asked for. I called and talked to the staff who wanted me to come back into the restaurant with the entrée. Not possible. So I asked for the manager. Manager was very professional, offered me the same thing and I explained that I didn’t live nearby. I asked if he could just credit my account. He said he was willing but that would mean on their end they would have to credit the whole take out order. I definitely didn’t want that as that wouldn’t be fair to them. We came to a compromise for the next time I get take out which was a win win. Nobody is perfect and mistakes can happen and this was the first time there was an error. 5 stars to the manager who went over and beyond to make things right for me. P. S. Tried their smoothie for the first time — the Pineapple flavor and let me tell you… that treat had the angels singing from the heavens my friends!!! :)

Adorable interior– Polynesian décor, tiki style drinks, variety of Asian cuisine. We’ve been getting delivery from them and finally put together that it was this interesting looking restaurant we kept driving by and wanting to try. We were the only guests on a weekday lunch, but the phone was ringing. Clearly a family operation, and though aged, was completely charming. We will definitely return!

The rice is ok, the chicken is barely edible. The broccoli pieces are mostly broccoli stubs. I really enjoyed the mango smoothie with tapioca. A bit disappointed at the quality and taste of food. I was even more disappointed when I found burned hair pieces in my rice. Ew, thanks a lot.

great place for Chinese food & delivery. the flavor of the place reminds me of the good Chinese restaurant growing up. They always tell you 45 mins for delivery which is usually quicker.

Foods an ok. Had it delivered.
Had orange chicken. Would have preferred it with a little more spice and zing. Would order again? Probably.
Fried rice was not the greatest. Had it with no eggs nor sprouts. Lacked in flavor. Would order again? No.
Delivery was on time.
Food was warm.
Overall — ok. Would I try this place again? Yes. Would I be open to other local Chinese places? Yes.

Decent food but very bad customer service. I’ve called plenty of times to place an order for delivery and each time I must repeat and repeat to get the right order. Last time I called for delivery they said they don’t deliver to my house when they have delivered plenty of times. The lady just hung up on me when I said they’ve delivered here last month. Called back and no answer. Bad service.

Decent neighborhood Chinese food. Have been eating here my entire life. It’s been a long 40plus years. They have changed hands a few times, but the food is still very good. Sometimes they may forget a thing or two (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars) but delivery is super quick. They always return with whatever is forgotten too!

Reliable little neighborhood place for eat in, pickup, or delivery. Though it has changed owners once or twice over the years, the interior has barely changed since the late 70s (I’ve been coming here since, so I should know). The carpet, booths, and bamboo/​tiki décor are, truth be told, looking a little crummy these days. But it is sort of cozy and has its charm. Nobody comes anymore for the bar, but the smallish dining room usually has some business, and the take out seems busy.
Food is usually tasty, assuming you like standard south side Cantonese-​American grub. The shrimp egg foo young is exceptional, though — it’s one of our family staples, and I like their preparation better than just about anywhere else. Never overcooked, good loose, coarse texture, generous with the shrimp, and the gravy is a bit lighter in color than most places.

My neighborhood chinese food place. Although I do order alot from them, the last 4 times, they forgot something. It gets to be really bad when you have to go out from ordering delivery or they have to come back to fix the order.
Although their food is good, and I always take advantage of the coupons. Not a bad place.
