so i’ve had 4 golf flags and a concert poster framed and all of them have turned out great. this is a great business and you get what you pay for. excellent quality, great product, and even better service.

I had a great experience here. Even after I interrupted her eating lunch, Bunny was so helpful and she really knows her stuff. This store has a great collection of frames, from the traditional to the more edgy and weird — which was perfect for the piece I brought in. The prices seemed fair to me for custom framing; I’m so thrilled with the final product, I probably would have paid double. Bonus for the piece being ready ahead of schedule. I will definitely return here for all my future framing needs!

Absolutely loved working with them. The prices were very reasonable, particularly because the frames themselves are wholesale prices. But, the most helpful thing was actually getting advice from the owner about what would look good with my pieces. I was set on one frame, and she mentioned that another one would work better. She was right! It was something that I wouldn’t ordinarily have picked up, but it worked incredibly well. They were quick in their work and great about making sure that everything was packaged up well for carrying out. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Bunny on a very personal Christmas gift this year. She immediately got the meaning and it almost seamed that it was just as personal to her. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. The finished product was done 2 (business) days ahead of schedule. I am so happy with how beautifully the project came out.

Really wonderful! I used the Unilocal deal. They are very friendly and willing to take the time to help you pick out the perfect frame (mine was a custom job for a wedding present). Very fast turn around as well. I will definitely use them for all my future framing.

This place is a gem for custom framing in the loop. The staff is really great (Bunny knows her stuff and knows what is in the store!) and the turn around time for my 2 items was about 10 days, which in my book is great. My items were a little smaller but the prices were really reasonable for what you get. Custom framing is never cheap people, but the idea is that you are framing something you care about forever. Doing the work in house also adds a huge sigh of relief for me.
I also found some great stuff to hang there. They have prints, photos, art, and smaller prints and cards, but all of the stuff is fun to look through. If you are looking for Chicago themed prints and pics, this place really is worth a look. The prints and pics are already framed and very reasonable.
Highly recommend and would go back because it is right down the street from me!

The staff here is helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick. I’ve had two custom framing jobs done at this location and was extremely pleased with the results. They also went above and beyond to get me the completed pieces as quickly as possible.

Newly in possession of a fantastic print of an orange cat, I needed to get this bad boy framed and displayed in my home, pronto.
Second to quality of services (of course), convenience of location is huge when choosing a framing place. This Picture Us Galleries location (it is a chain) is right by my office. Nice. I strolled inside in late August to see my frame options.
Unlike some other places where all the frame samples are behind a desk and you are at the mercy of the sales associate, Bunny let me grab things off the wall and proceed merrily along with my own aesthetic. She was helpful and provided good suggestions, but was never pushy. I left feeling that my choice of frame was aces.
Bunny quoted me an estimate of September 10^th for when I could expect my newly-​framed kitty picture back. However, I received a call on September 3^rd — a full week early! — telling me to come in and pick it up at my convenience. Super!
The frame looks lovely! I’ll be trusting Bunny and associates with all future art projects.
