Plus One Fitness

This review is for Plus One Physical Therapy.
When my back problems developed, I was sent by my doctor to one of the larger Physical Therapy groups in Chicago. I was not really satisfied with the level of personal attention I received. So I decided to switch to Plus One since they are in the building where I have an office. My doctor specified them in the prescription. I have been extremely pleased with not only the results but the individual attention I have received. I recommend that anyone who needs special help with their program or has a physical problem try this out. I would call their form of physical therapy «boutique.» Rather than have assistants or aides help with any therapy, the therapist is with you all the time and giving you full value for the time you are investing. I highly recommend this service and do not hesitate to call them and ask about physical therapy as they may have the ability to admit them to the building for the therapy — it is different than the fitness part of the facility.

A well run clinic with in-​network access to most insurance companies. Available only to employees of companies with offices in the Hyatt Center (or anyone with access to the building), the clinic is conveient with friendly staff. They offer exercise clothing during your treatment, full locker rooms and are located on the 2^nd floor, next to the café.
