Love the freshness of the food and the quality of their service.
On my first visit, I actually chose the «Build Your Own» option and decided to go for kale, olives, eggs, mushroom, chicken, salami and other ingredients of my choosing. Paying for the xtra dollar was nothing because the food was delicious. I was also surprised with the zestiness of their dressing. Paired with hot soup and chips, I was very satisfied with my lunch.

I had the original pocket. It was very scrumptious, not what I expected at all. It was alot of food. They did not skimp on the turkey at all. The pocket was soft and I could tell it was right out if the oven. The only dislike for not doing 5 stars was the high chair was very dirty. I dine with my 1 yr old and I had to clean it myslef. They were all neatly stacked but very sticky and dirty. Place was clean. Just need to put a bit more attention to that detail. Price is great for the amount if food you get. And 0 guilt because the pocket was wheat and the amount of greans you get in there!

Hip Hip Hooray for the new Quinoa bowls!!! Obviously, whoever is behind this chain has a genuine interest in America’s health. The offerings keep getting more varied, while maintaining freshness and taste. I’ve been a loyal pockets customer for about 20 years. Keep up the good work, Pockets. When I need food that is fast, convenient, delicious, and leaves my body humming, Pockets is always there.

My daughter and I love this Pockets. Comfortable atmosphere, extremely clean, great customer service. I can’t say anything negative about this location. It’s a nice place to have lunch with a friend, even dinner.

The staff here is SO NICE! They’re always smiling and friendly. I usually get my food to-​go and it’s always fresh and delicious and made super fast. The asian salad with chicken is my go to meal. The bread is always hot, fresh, and so soft. I will return.

A nice place for a healthy meal. Large selection of salad ingredients and all are fresh. Randomly, not a place you would think of for pizza, but their bread makes a great crust! Everyone who works there is nice and helpful.

Always loved Pockets.
Never had a bad meal or experience. The food quality is good and the service is good. If you need a calzone, BAM! It is served for you right away. If you want fresh ingredients then BAM you can have fresh ingredients as much you want! If you want deliveries, just dial the number, place your order and minutes later your food is ready for you.
I couldn’t help myself to write a review because Pockets has been too good to me. How could I swallow my next bite if I don’t tell people about it?

Absolutely love this place! It’s so hard to find a fast reliable restaurant that has fresh ingredients when it comes to salads and healthy foods. I could eat pockets for lunch and dinner and only have to buy ONE meal (a half order at that), they do not skimp and you get your money’s worth! It’s also reasonably priced.

I popped in to this restaurant after a brisk walk around the city and in need of some sustenance. I came on a Sunday lunch time and the place was packed with people. Seems like the place is popular. Had my lunch and hmmm… it was good. Even though it was busy period, the staff was all smiles and welcoming. Service was excellent and so was the sandwich I ordered. I’ll be back!

I’ve only been to Pockets a few times and this location has by far been one of the BEST customer service experiences I have had. If there were a Pockets near me or my job, I would probably own stock in this company. I could probably eat here daily and not feel guilty… except for the ginormous serving they give you.
I love the Southwest Calzone. Tastes delicious and I do feel better about not hitting up the local fast food joint.
It’s inexpensive and if you go there enough you can get a card where they stamp it for every sandwich/​salad/​calzone you buy. Buy 10, get 1 free. Yeah… that’s a lot of visits but free is free.
As a matter of fact, I thoroughly enjoyed my free southwest calzone today!

Me: Yes, it is! I LOVE Pockets!
Husband: No you don’t, but OK… whatever (after 2 years of marriage he’s learned to just agree with me)
I place an order for 2 bam bam pockets (turkey added for the husband, xtra cheese/​dressing for me). Within 45 minutes we’re greeted by the Pocket man!
Me: I don’t really like this
Husband: Um, yeah… I tried to tell you.
Maybe after 3 years of marriage I’ll learn to listen to my husband. Nah, probably not.
