Nothing special. Just a subway in a much better building.

Always get very friendly service at this location. Quick and always right! I usually get the TKY but have recently started ordering the grilled chicken cheddar on flatbread, and let me tell you it’s amazing. Best flatbread sammich around :) Oreo shake, to die for. Wish they had bigger sizes lol

Don’t Ever Go To this location. Very unorganized and TERRIBLE customer service. The employees act as if there are not other more professional locations serving the same food.

Ordered and paid online so I can run in and run out quickly. When I got there had to wait til everyone in line was taken care of. What’s the point of ordering online and paying ahead if I have to basically wait in line anyways.

Skip the sandwiches and get yourself a cookie! Fresh baked so good! My favorite is their brownie cookie! Kids love the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

I really like potbelly because despite their name they have nice low calorie options. I came here with my mom for lunch on a weekday. The people who worked there were friendly but I don’t think the girl making the sandwiches could hear us. She kept asking what we said and even after that got both of our sandwiches wrong. When we went to sit down most of the tables were dirty.

The place is clean and every time I’ve gone there the service has been good. Friendly workers and the food was alright. It’s a franchised Potbelly and I don’t know what else anyone would expect. I would recommend people to go to Jimmy Johns though. It’s cheaper and you get larger portions.

I unfortunately just had an awful experience at this location, and will not be returning. I teach at an Elementary School down the street, and for lunch a group of teachers and myself ordered from this location. Being teachers, we have a set lunch time and are unable to eat at any other time in the day. My original order window was 12:30 — 12:45. While in the process of ordering, the time changed to 12:45−1pm. We need to pick up our kids and be back in the classroom by 1:15, so this drastically cut down our lunch time. I called to see if there was any way they could get our order delivered by my originally selected time of 12:30 — 12:45, and the girl said that wasn’t possible, but she would try and get it there by 12:45. Our food didn’t arrive until 1:13 meaning that they were almost 15 minutes late of their own window, and we were unable to eat lunch at all. In addition to that, part of our order was incorrect. Potbelly’s also charges a delivery fee of 10%(with a $ 3.50 minimum), which is not very clear on the website. In the future, I will do myself a favor and order from Jimmy Johns instead.

I loove those ice cream sandwiches and the farmhouse salad is sooo good! I really just want to mention how nice and helpful Jabari always is! It’s greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I’m a fan. Been hearing about Potbelly’s for some time now. Figured I’d stop in and give them a try. It’s a cross between Jimmy John’s and Quizno’s. Start on one end, order your food then move on down the line. Sandwich is run through the toaster then topped with your choice of fixings. Grabbed a drink, bag of chips, and a cookie and was out for less than $ 8. Had the chicken salad on wheat with hot peppers. Really good sandwich. Oatmeal chocolate chips cookies were great. Quick service, friendly staff, reasonably priced. nice combination and worthy of a return visit. Cheers!

Came here for a quick lunch. I got the tuna salad lunch combo and my sister got the roast beef with mushrooms combo. Tuna Salad Sandwich was skimpy. Mostly bread. My sister didn’t care for her sandwich too much either. She did like the cookie that she got though.(Sorry forgot which one). This Potbelly just not up to par like others I’ve been too. Table felt a bit sticky and dirty. Staff was friendly though.

Usually love eating here, but this potbellies was not that great compared to others, chicken sandwich had no flavor, just did not taste fresh like other potbellies.

I would say I was a big fan of this location until my last visit. I ordered a salad at 11:25am and was not told they didn’t have any croutons when I ordered. If you have ever had a salad here, you would know they make their own croutons and they are the star of the salad. It was the beginning of the lunch rush, but they have many staffers and they had a system in place where your order is taken when you get into line and transmitted to the sandwich makers so the line goes very fast. I told them at the register, when I saw my salad for the first time, that I would wait for the croutons. The pleasant gentleman inquired to the sandwich makers and apparently the consensus was that they didn’t feel like making croutons, even though the line was well under control and other people were ordering salads too. I have two words for them: Bah Humbug!

Potbelly’s you’re a winner. Here is why Quality of food/Price/Distance from terminal. When you past security at midway there is a food court that has overpriced pizza, hot dogs, mexican food, a bar … but just around the corner is potbelly’s. Potbelly’s is like Quizno’s but 10x better. FOOD: You can choose between several sandwiches($ 4.50 for regular, 5.50 for 30% more) which run through a toaster and they ask you what kind of toppings you want(very quiznos-ish, but I only say this so that you get an idea). I got the Meatball sandwich which was basically a slab of seasoned ground beef, marinara, and cheese, which I then piled my toppings on to. A regular size sandwich was pretty filling and DELICIOUS. Oh and did I mention it was only $ 4.50??? Considering McDonald’s at the airport will run you 7 – 8 bucks, this is AMAZING. Thank goodness for Potbelly’s I got a very satisfying meal and wonderful experience on my way home, without having to break the bank!

Well, these places are just about evry 3 blocks in chicago downtown. I see them everywhere! Luckily they opened one down by where I live, which is the one on 76 and cicero. My favorite sandwhich is the pizza. It is soooo good, and I have had one of their cookies and that one was really good too. The lines do get long during lunch time, but I would rather go to a place that I know people enjoy going to, rather than a place that has NOPEOPLE! I haven’t tried the shakes, but from reading other reviews, now im excited to try one. Thanks!

I’m a big fan of Potbelly’s. The sandwiches are well-made, bread is toasted nicely, service was quick, lots of seating. Absolute favorite — skinny meatball sub on wheat with extra sauce. Enjoy it with an Orangina. For a similar sandwich location in San Francisco, check out Toaster Oven off Montgomery(SOMA).

I was in Chicago, Midway for a layover coming back from a conference trip in DC. I was trying to find something to eat and to kill time before my flight home. I always prefer to eat other food instead of sandwich but this was highly recommended from a colleage on the plane so I gave it a shot. This place was soooooo good. The line was out the door and it was quick getting your food. They toast the sandwich and the meat was great! Too bad they don’t have any Potbelly in the west coast. Now everytime I go to the east coast, I’d definitely look for a Potbelly! This place is so much better compared to Quizno’s or Subway!
