I went there to have my iPhone ‘jail broken’ because I was not with my service anymore and I wanted to switch over. The guy takes it to the back on a charger to do the job, there are no seats so I just stood there for almost 45 minutes while he handled other customers and was on the phone trying to handle my phone. A group of guys just waltz right in and head straight to the back (obviously they know they guy or someone who works there) and start goofing off. I hear a lot of unprofessional conversations in the back where they were, then about 20 minutes later the original guy who took my phone brings it back to me and pointed to one of the guys who had walked in and said ‘he took your phone off of the charger and the process will have to be restarted all over again.’…just like that. No ‘I’m sorry’. ‘Thanks for your patience,’ ‘come again later’ no nothing. Just handed me my phone back and went on about his business. I will not return. Manners are not required here, obviously. People can just come in and move customer’s items out of the way with no regard.
