Marlo offers awesome service! Most definitely my new spot to get my nails done at. Clean environment, great customer service, and good vibes. Not to mention perfect mani and pedi.

Marlo was great. I called last minute looking to get some prior acrylic nails removed and a no chip manicure done. She was able to accomodate my last minute request and squeeze me in 15 minutes later. To take acrylics off typically they use the motorized stone… I expressed my concern that i do NOT want to do that method as it takes off the top epidermis of my natural nails and it just overall wasn’t how i wanted to remove them. She patiently took them off using the soaking method and filed them off making sure the healthiness of my natural nails underneath was retained. Once the acrylic was soaked off she took her time making sure that they nails were smooth and shaped to make sure that once she applied the no chip it wouldnt be a bumpy application… she was very personable and polite and the shop was clean, inviting, and centrally located. I will definitely go back and would recommend her to anyone looking to have nail service.

Marlo is a fabulous! From customer service to the atmosphere, RayBella Nails is now my go-​to place. Coming form NYC to settle in Chicago can be quite a culture shock and can be a hit or miss when it comes to trying different services. Here are the reasons why I am now an official client.
Clean Station and Tools
She has a great down-​to earth personality
Soothing music
No Chip Manicure and regular Pedicure were tended to with care and precious time
She listens to any concerns you may have
You can also receive threading services at the same location
Uses top products that are not harmful for you in the long run
It is imperative to make an appointment to secure a perfect time that works for you!
I would highly recommend everyone to come to this place.
Location: Great area in the West Loop! You can take the #20 Bus going towards Austin and get off at Madison & Aberdeen. She is located in the store named Thread Away.
