My job is close by so I’ve been to a lot of taco joints in the area. But I have to say Raymond’s Tacos are by far the best ! The fact that they put cheese in between the tortilla is genius and it is Sooo scrumptious. The service is fast and friendly so I will definitely be back on my lunch break !!!

Ordered tacos the cheese was surprising and good
Ordered the tostada and was filling and awesome
Ordered the torta, nice and fresh, the bun was a big in comparison to the rest of the contents though
All items were chicken

Love Raymond’s! I always am treated well and the food is great. They recently removed the prices on one of the menus. I’m sure they are updating them. Either way best prices for food. Tons of value!

The food here is delicious! He chicken torta is the best torta that I have ever had & I have plenty of tortas in my life. Lol Definitely wold recommend along with some cheese fries!(:

Got the chicken chimichanga and tongue taco. I really liked the taco, had a lot of meat and a slice of cheese in between the 2 tortillas, the chimichanga was good, a lot of meet tho a bit too crispy, not too expensive, good quick spot for Mexican food

This is one of the best place to eat Mexican food (they also serve American food), the Tacos are just perfect, the prices are affordable, but what make my day was today Sunday afternoon, I ask the cashier for a Chilaquiles, she said we don’t have it on the menu, but the Cook Hector, said I can make it for you. When I see the Chilaquiles it was what I was thinking but the better part was when it try it, it was like (MAMITA USE TO MAKE IT) the perfect flavor.
I been around the food industry for 14 years and believe me this is one of the best mexican restaurants in Chicago

Best, most authentic tacos I’ve had in a long while. I was ravenous so I tried the steak, the pork, and the chicken. All were delicious and prepared on the spot. They were also huge. One taco could easily be a meal alone and for just over $ 2 each, it’s super affordable.

oh man this place is good. They do tacos in a rare and incredible way. They take the two corn tortillas and place a slice of cheese in between them while they are heating up on the grill. So then there is melted cheese in between the two tortillas while you eat it. Amazing. There meat is also very very flavorful. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and cooked, the al pastor is very good, and the steak is exactly what you want. The chef in here also customizes things and is really laid back. They also load you up on meat. Prices are great. Great restaurant.

It’s ok. Across from Tony’s so I always want to stop in for food. Got a burrito, on the smaller side in my opinion. If you eat in, no salsa and chips unless you pay extra. Cash only. Quick, but average burrito, and for size, not worth the price. Lots of other places in Logan Square to go over this place. But if you want some quick food, there are worse options.

This place is amazing. Their Chicken tortas are the bomb. I haven’t had a torta this amazing and flavorful. Definitely recommend Raymond tacos. Not only do they sell Mexican food but American food too.

The service was horrible the food was greasy and disgusting. I ordered what they thought a steak burrito was. It was greasy ground beef that could soak through 3 paper bags and it had American cheese in it. The wife ordered three tacos with the same results. GREASY GARBAGE!!! Tried to eat but couldn’t it was the worst wanna be Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to in the city so far. THUMBS DOWN!

I got their steak tacos yesterday… still thinking about them today. I love food, but I really love the food if I’m still thinking about it the next day. The meat was seasoned perfectly, but also the tortillas were cooked in a way they did not fall apart in my hands like I’ve experienced at a lot of other Mexican restaurants. Nom nom nom.

You can get good tacos here for very cheap. Just make sure you know how to order and what to get on your tacos.
I actually ordered chorizo tacos which weren’t on the menu, but they obviously have chorizo for other menu items, so it was no big deal.
Very friendly staff. Good for a quick cheap bite. I can’t vouch for anything other than the tacos, though.

Raymond’s makes their special «cheesy taco,» and it’s stupid-​good. Melted chihuahua cheese between two tortillas, and whatever taco guts you ordered.
For poops and giggles, order a cheesy pork taco. It’s worth the trip.

Raymond’s Tacos = huge fans of American cheese. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
I’m sure this food feels better on the way out of the body than on the way in…
