My wife and I have been training with Rick for a while now. He is effective without being overbearing. He is able to attend to each of our goals, strengths and weaknesses, and monitors our progress closely, helping us perfect our form. I appreciate the fact that he he motivates us in a very practical and rational way — ie, he isn’t pushy or obnoxious about it as some trainers are. It’s also convenient to meet with him, as he works out of several area gyms.

I have worked with Rick for a few months and I am quite impressed. He takes into consideration some of my physical limitations and works with me to get the best workout for my body. He knows just how far to push without breaking me! He has given me some great tips which I have applied to my permanent weight loss goals. He is wonderful to work with.
