Tried them once on 08/​28/​2015 in New York with 3 packages just to try, got the tracking info the same day. But one of them hasn‘t been updated (12 days later). Contacted Dhruv Saxena to follow up, He responded right away. Apparently the issue was with UPS, they never updated the tracking info after the label was created. Contacted my customer and he received the package on time.
After tired of waiting for an answer of Dhruv Saxena from UPS, I contacted him back and asked him for the merchandise. He asked me for the invoice and told me he was going to open up a claim.
In the beginning I was kind of disappointed and upset, but knowing the deal with Delivery companies, I know it happens.
Excellent Customer Service. The pick up was quick and smooth. I‘ll give them a second chance. I will try them again and see how it goes the next time.
