If I could put zero stars, I would. If you buy a pair of shoes — you better be sure you like them because the owner is extremely rude and condescending. I tried to return a pair shoes, never worn, 7 days after I purchased them and she refused to accept them. As soon as she saw me walking in the store and noticed I had shoes to return — she was extremely rude and said to me «You’re a big girl, you shouldn’t buy a pair of shoes if I plan on returning them». She made a few other condescending comments as well. Luckily, I purchased it on a credit card and will have my credit card fight the charge and I’m sure I’ll win. Don’t shop here — you can get the same shoes they sell, elsewhere.

Nice boutique store experience offering a small variety of shoes, scarves, hats and bags but way overpriced. Average price of heels $ 75 – 100 Buyer beware: Store policy is NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS (after the first 7 days after your purchase) — so be sure you love whatever you’re buying! If you’re looking for a bargain you’re better off shopping at DSW.

They often run mis-​leading sales promotions. Happened to me again today, so we’re in «fool me twice» territory now. I’m in this station 2x every day, 5 days/​week, but I’ll never be back in here.

You need to stop in this store. Great selection and affordable prices when you keep in mind the brands such as Franco Sarto or Me too! Cute jewelry and great traveling bags. Service is always professional and personable.

Okay, you’ve really got to shop there during the sidewalk sales, but I love the shoes! I just wait until the prices come down… and the ones I bought today are absolutely fabulous! They are totally sexy and totally affordable (which makes them that much sexier!)

They have great shoes in here! A wide selection of boots and sandals. Its a great place to browse in while waiting for a train at Union Station.
