Kim is super friendly and thorough, although on the more expensive side. However, you’re bringing your delicates and favorite items here, so they should be treated as such, which he does a great job of doing. He has always done my dry cleaning in the time frame as promised, so no complaints here! One time, I’d gone to pick up about 3 tickets worth of clothes and he kindly helped me bring them to the car. I’m not just another olé customer to him. He remembers my name, I appreciate that!

I love this dry cleaner. The owner is really friendly and nice. He knows us by name and does a great job getting my husband to pick my dry cleaning with his own. ;-) He takes great care of all our clothes and gets out all the stains we throw his way. He wouldn’t clean one item because he said it would get damaged, which I appreciated. He also makes sure I keep the matching belts at home to ensure they don’t get lost. (I’ve had cleaners lose those in the past…)

I have never been treated so rudely as I was today by the woman working today at Southport Cleaners. She told me what I took in would be more than $ 10.99 but could not commit to a price and said it would be ready in about a week and would no commit to a price. She spent the whole time talking me out of spending $ 200 there to clean patio cushions then berated me when I opted not to have the work done. Stay far away from this place and the miserable women behind the counter.

As previous reviews mentioned, the owner is very nice. They also do a great job returning the original hem to tailored jeans. I have had several pairs altered there and am never disappointed!

I hate to do this because the man who owns this place is so nice. But I took a couple shirts there and they ate my buttons! I’ve had my pants done no problem, but I am really sad about the buttons.
