This place is hilarious! Like a white trash country club. It’s weird that this place is a «VIP» thing ‘cos to me it looked like an aging suburban banquet hall. The décor is horrible, but the staff is great. The beer selection is predictable, but no matter, the drinks are chilly and the view is fantastic! GOSOX!

The Stadium Club is a class act. Great staff, good food, cold beer with growing craft beer selection and oh yes.. air conditioning!

I don’t get to be VIP very often, so getting access to the Stadium Club was quite the treat. Everything from the elevator, to the air conditioning, to the tables, bartenders, wait staff and view was super nice! I like that they have tables to eat at close and further from the windows, but also many long skinny high tops that face the field so you can eat/drink and watch the game easily. I felt like the beer selection was more affordable up here than down on the concourses, plus they had a lot of fun signature cocktails to order up. Also, they actually give you glass pints to drink from up here, which is nice. The food selection looked good, and reasonable. There was a pretzel option for $ 15, for example, and the pretzel came with 3 dipping options and was HUGE. Seemed fair because you could easily split it between 3 people! We did not order food, but I would love to come back to do so, especially seeing their nachos and the fact that they have a BACONFLIGHT.

It’s fun to come and hang out. Even though I’m not a sports fan, especially baseball. I do like doc uniforms. And the food isn’t bad, but I would rather wait and go to Chinatown after. They do have or had a nice fireworks display after.

I went to the Club last night, somewhat crowded as the weather was cold. We easily found a table and sat down upon entering the club. The ambience was great as both the Sox game and the Bulls playoff game was on TV, lot of cheering and camaraderie in the restaurant. The service was just OK although our server was very nice. It took awhile to get his attention and once we ordered, the meals took awhile to be delivered. Our first drink did not come very quickly and the second round took longer. The food was excellent, a heaping beef brisket and Italian beef sandwich, better than the typical bar food. Overall, a very good experience and a very nice way to watch the game when the weather outside is not optimal.

We had lunch here today before the White Sox game. Fabulous food! Highly recommend.

My group had never been to the stadium club before, so we were excited to get to see what it was all about. First off, it’s a definite maze to get to. The hype going up made us really pumped. We had 4 sets of people check our tickets on the way up, and were so excited to get in there! However our bubble was quickly deflated. Not nearly as exclusive as we are lead to believe. We find a table and wait 10 min for a waitress to acknowledge our presence. Our friends decided to head back to the seats, but the man and I decided to stick it out and try some food. Now our server Amanda was so nice, but I don’t think any amount of niceness could have made up for the sad sad food we got. We ordered the south side dippers and what we were given was legit day old pizza cut into strips. It was lukewarm and yet still burnt. I could barely eat more than 2 bites before giving up. This place definitely could use some improvement. Staff was nice but everything else was a huge let down.

This was the perfect spot to get a bird’s eye view of the game and keep track of the hawks playoff game at the same time. Fabulous beer selection and great dessert choices on the menu. We’ll be back!

The food is relatively cheap and accordingly bland and disappointing. The server was nice at least, and probably earned her automatically applied«service charge». I wouldn’t eat here again.

Good food for a ball park stadium club buffet. I’ve been to several over the years, and I would rate it highest. I’m not sure about the costs, as I went as a group and did not see the bill.

The Stadium club at US Cellular is an exclusive restaurant in the park and I had a guest pass to get in. We sat at the lower level so there was a very good view of the park and they have a great selection of beer and wine to choose from as well as a full bar for mixed drinks. Their menu choices are fair… the burgers with fries looked okay. I ordered the Italian Beef which was dry and tasteless, but the Garlic potato chips were good. The pulled pork sandwich looked better. Their french fries are fresh cut so I liked them but I prefer to eat in the park… a good grilled hot dog with mustard and grilled onions and nachos with cheese. The park also served great elotes(corn) and churros and just great junk food and that’s what going to a ballpark is for! Next time I come to the park, I will skip the Stadium Club and stick with some good old fashioned hot dogs done just right and nachos!

Great place for«protection» when you’re wearing a visiting team’s jersey. Go Tigers! Seriously, all around good experience. I would totally try for these seats again. Great service, had the wings then it was time to go to our seats. Nice bathrooms, hardly a line, nice cozy area and plenty of TV’s all around to watch the game if you don’t want to be on the outside. Everyone was very nice, made you feel exclusive. Hey, even got to ride in the elevator with Jim Rose, bonus!

There are 2 levels in The Stadium Club. Personally, I enjoy the second level with the bar area. Sandwiches are very tasty and if you order off the menu, the food is pretty decent. They also offer a smaller buffet. The level with the big buffet is usually pretty crowded and depending on the day and how the team is doing, reservations may be difficult if you want to be out in time to enjoy the game from your seats. However, you can also order off the menu. It gets crazy crowded after the game when everyone wants to enjoy one last cocktail.

Came the Stadium Club under guest pass. The service and attendants are extremely pleasant and attentive. Venue is nicely appointed and some seating areas have great views of the field. In the upper level bar, a reservation is required to sit at the rail right at the windows, though. We sat on the next level up and could see the field well. There are plenty of TV monitors although you cannot hear anything on the field nor the TV broadcasts in the eating area. In the lobby you can hear Sox radio. The venue is a great place to relax to get away from the hot sun and heat. Credit cards only, no cash and there is a dress code although this late in the season, it was pretty lax. However, we were disappointed in the quality of the food. We didn’t go for the buffets b/c none in our group is a big eater. A turkey burger was thin and the french fries almost tasteless. BBQ chicken sandwich had very little meat and was almost all sauce. Hot brownie sundae was a major disappointment — small brownie, a bit of ice cream and mostly all whipped cream and we waited a long time for it, too. For the prices we expected better and especially because the concession food outside of the Stadium Club is rather good. The soft serve swirl is much better than the ice cream we had on the brownie sundae. Food needed to match the ambiance. For a first-time experience it was enjoyable, though. If you want to sit in comfortable place and have low expectations for dining, the Stadium Club fits the bill.

*Yawn* Yes, that’s what I think of this place. Other than getting away from the heat in some air conditioning I’m not that impressed. The food is overpriced and not that good and unless you have reserved seats you’re likely not going to be sitting close enough to really see the game, if at all. Plus it’s in the outfield so unless your seats are in a worse location you’re better off sitting in the seats you paid for instead of coming here. Visited: June 24, 2012

Service — Terrible Table — wiped if off with a dirty rag Food — Terrible Burger was like a burnt hockey puck. Asked for a new burger, and it took an additional 20 minutes? Why, they just gave me another burger that was cooked hours earlier and sat under a heat lamp. The tiny pretzel bun… you’ve got to be kidding me. You’d think that the fans that can afford to be in the Stadium Club would at least have some class… nope. Listening to grown men talk like high school kids, what a joke. The server brought the wrong beers both times. The second time she didn’t even want to go back to the bar to replace a Bud with a Bud Light. What a bad attitude. 2 crappy burgers, 1 crappy turkey burger and 1 beef sandwich with chips, 8 beers… our bill was over $ 90. Unless we get ‘free’ passes again, I can’t see any reason to return here… I guess when you don’t have any restaurants within walking distance, this is what people have to settle for if they want to eat before the game.

After having eaten at the Stadium Club at the United Center several times, I thought I knew what this experience would be like. Usually a buffet, usually a table for 4, in a clubby type atmosphere. Therefore, imagine my surprise when we got to the Club before our hosts and went through a variety of missteps before finding our«table». The Stadium Club is split into two distinct levels– the downstairs level which is more of what I have experienced at the other stadium with it’s large buffets and seating that turns over every hour and a half. Upstairs is the bar. It’s like a sports bar– except the sports is live through huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the field. Here the food is casual bar food– with the plus being someone actually waits on you versus the buffet area downstairs. The hostess at the upper area checked her list and then led us to our«table» Imagine my surprise when that table turned out to be a series of backless stools lined up along a wall facing away from the game! While there was a small shelf area on which to place my beer– no one wanted to sit facing away from the game so we decided a little improvisation was needed. With beers on the shelf, we sat with our backs to the shelf and our food balanced on our laps. Not ideal, obviously. If you go– insist on one of the many tables they have, or to sit by the windows facing OUT! The food was okay. Nachos were nachos and the burger on a pretzel roll was fine. Other items on the bar menu were a «Carving board» for deli sandwiches and a small list of bar appetizers. Our server, Melissa, was personable and friendly and quick with our drinks, which I am sure was no small feat given how crowded this place was. And know, if you go, that credit cards rule here so you must present one when you first arrive. I guess the benefit here is that if you don’t want to sit in your seats outside, you can stay in the bar area in air conditioned comfort and watch the game through the glass. We stayed long enough for the sun to move from our seats and headed out for a more traditional night at the ball game. For me? Part of the fun of a game is a hot dog and beer balanced on my lap in my seat hoping not to spill it as I scream for my team. The Stadium Club has the balancing act down. .. .it just lacks the«fun» of what is on the other side of the glass.

Classy, good food, mixed review on service, expensive! I got stadium club passes with some tickets I purchased off ebay. The club is an exclusive area in the ballpark and looks like a nice private club. I wouldn’t want to have to extra to get in though or pay a yearly fee. If someone else were taking me or the passes were free/cheap, it is worth checking out. Dining Room: Call to make reservations before the game to guarantee your table is available and waiting for you. Food — $ 29 «buffet» where you only get to fill your plate once. The food is high quality for food at the ballpark. It is mediocre food when comparing to a nice restaurant or a place that can charge $ 30 for a plate. Contrary to what another reviewer says, I don’t think food here is as good as a high cost /high quality hotel buffet. If you don’t care about dollars or have someone else treating, this is worth checking out. If you like regular ballpark food and want to save a few dollars, don’t eat here! The landslide ice cream pie I had for dessert fed four of us and we still had some left over. It is huge and looks intimidating. It was good though. Service– They tack on a 18% service charge automatically so beware you are not tipping extra by accident. The server I had on my one visit here was a bit pushy and rubbed me the wrong way with multiple comments. One of my dining companions felt the same way and neither of us is easily offended. Bar: The bar is an extra level up from the restaurant. It has lots of tables and sandwiches for ~10. I didn’t get to try the sandwiches because I was stuffed from the restaurant buffet downstairs, but next time I come, I will try one of the juicy looking sandwiches. I did have a drink at the bar and took advantage of their free bar snack mix. The bartender was also very friendly and attentive.
