Better off going with Danley. The sales guy did what sales guy do, a lot of talk. Every time I expressed a concern about something the sales guy would assure me that there would not be any problems and if there were they would take care of it. I spent three hours cleaning up the mess they left after they guaranteed they would clean it up. It was the weekend and I wanted to start using my garage. When they did send someone over to clean up all they had to do was take the garbage bags I had left and yet they still left things that I did not put in bags.
The side service door hits the track when you open the door so you cant open it all the way. The side party door was not done correctly and water runs (not seeps) into the garage. The owner Phil replace the rubber on the bottom of the door with a larger one but says he has done everything he can to fix the problem. He said he would have someone calk the door and did not. I told him he needed to put a threshold down so the floor and the door make contact evenly. Simple logic. They pitch the floor so water runs to the main door. Makes sense for the main door but doesn’t make sense when you have a door on the side. You should pitch the concrete away from the party door just like the front door. Why do you need to pitch the floor under the door? My biggest concern was the concrete. I asked for as smooth as a surface as possible. This was suggested by my father who had a garage built and worked with concrete when he was younger. They said no problem. When they did the concrete it was obvious no one made it clear to the concrete people and they just did what they normally do. Either brushed or troweled. Concrete is cracking is less than a year. Steel mesh they put in should in my opinion be placed so it is held in the center of the concrete. They put it down and then they walk on it and poor the concrete. Its more than likely going to be at the bottom.
After you pay the money you wont get any service like they claim. Phone calls were ignored, emails were ignored. Finally contacted the BBB and suddenly I got a response. I tried to compromise as best I could but if became obvious that little to nothing was going to be done to solve the issues. The owner Phil made the comment to the BBB that they should keep in mind that is there buys time of year and that they may not be able to get there right away. He has my money so I can wait I guess.
SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH DANLEY! THERE CONCRETE IS BETTER. THERE IS A GARAGE NEXT TO MINE AND IT IS OBVIOUS. FYI SALES GUY WAS MURRY LEVIN. STAY CLEAR HE DISAPPEARED AFTER THE SALE.

The quality of the finished garage is great

This place has been in business for years. They do good work. Check the concrete they use for flooring in garages. It don’t last. After about five years the floor cracks. I mean it really cracks.
