I needed a replacement ice maker for my Kenmore fridge. I called my appliance repair place (Allmake in St. Charles). They referred me to Sundberg in South Elgin. It’s a small place on South Elgin. Nothing fancy and that’s good.
I went in. The guy at the counter helped me find the proper replacement, helped me get the wiring harness and lift bar installed and sent me on my way.
I probably could have purchased the icemake on-line for less, but you can’t get the help/expertise through the web.
I was very pleased with the experience and will be back again.
