Received excellent service every time I walked in the store. Professional, helpful, not condescending… I recommend.

I am extremely unhappy with T-Mobile. I have been trying to get a phone that I purchased in April replaced because it doesn’t work and I have been getting the run around ever since. This was one of the many T-Mobile stores I visited for help. Of course I didn’t get any-lot of passing the issue back and forth. Only two people were actually helping customers and there were a lot of people waiting to be helped. Also, There were many associates standing around and seemingly doing nothing on the clock. I am currently shopping other providers.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and it’s my favorite tmobile store, anytime I’ve had issues the associates have helped me out. The management has recently changed but most of the employees are still the same, the new assistant manager does not do much I’ve walked in there because I needed a new phone and there was a line of people and he was on his phone standing behind the associates instead of helping customers.(He always says he does not have a register, we’ll ok then answer people’s questions while they wait in line). I’m giving this store 5 stars because of a few ppl , there’s a blonde girl I forgot her name but she’s very friendly and there’s a tall Hispanic guy that’s very tech savvy overall great store but management does need to improve.

I agree withMartin DON“T EVERPICKUP A T-MOBILE PHONEORSERVICE. They are very dishonest from the employees to the managers. Actually Im going to fill out a complain with FCC and with Better business bureau. I finish my contract with Spring and I was shopping around so I went to this T mobile store to see if my phone was unlock. the employee name Fabian put a sim card on it and told me that it was unlocked, no problem switching over. I decided to comeback the next day after analyzing every monthly plan. This time I got Jack Zavala, I told him that want to switch companies so he asked me if the phone was unlocked. I told him that Fabian told me the day before that it was unlocked. So I paid around $ 65 for the first month of service. The problem was the my iPhone didn’t work so he said give some time until tomorrow if not talk to the A. Manager. So I called sprint and they told me that I cannot use it in the USA if its not with them. Well I went to A. Manager the next day with my telephone number already switch to T mobile and he checked my phone and told me that he doesn’t know whats going on and Told me to go to the cellphone a cross the street to get it unlock that they had been unlocked phones for them… well it didn’t work ether… I come back and I told him that if not possible. Then he told me that the only option is to get a new phone… Well already with my cell phone number switch i decided to avoid a bigger problem and been without service for a while so I decided to buy a Lumina. so he told me that the price was $ 179 and it was the cheapest smartphone. so i said ok. he told another employee to ring me over and he keep asking me what price the A manager told. he was checking in the register the price of the phone and he asked me twice what was the price that the manager told me so I said i think it was $ 179…very estrange also he questioned me why i was changing companies… like saying are you crazy of changing to T-moblie…Anyway left went to my house and Checked t mobile web site… the phone was $ 50 dollar less on their website… then I realized that they are a bunch of Scammers and dishonest people… I’m returning the phone and canceled this service… even dough I’m going to lose $ 50 dollar of restocking fees… STAYAWAYFROMTHISCOMPANY!!!

I am writing this primarily because of the manager, Ryan. He is so helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions about the promotions that T-Mobile was having that weekend and he gave me really sound advice. He and the other T-Mobile staff always make sure to great me when they come in and it makes my experience there overall pretty pleasant. They should give the guy a promotion!

I walked into this store to get some guidance on how to navigate the web on my Samsung Gravity T. When I approached the desk, the guy says«Oh, is there even any web on that phone?» As if to say, «that phone is soooo old…» Right. I’m gonna ask about how to use the web when there isn’t access on my phone. I suppose he may have gotten customers like that before, but there was no reason to invalidate me in that manner. «Yes,» I said. There is web on this phone. He then barely took a look at it, as though he were totally annoyed. He gave me very little information, citing that he wasn’t sure about very much. I have been very frustrated with T-Mobile’s service, which seems to decline every day. From the spotty coverage to the terrible customer service, I’ve about had it with this company. The only thing that has stopped me from switching immediately is that I don’t care to either get into a binding contract or pay for a new phone with another carrier. But I’m on the edge, for sure. I can’t do short code(SMS) texts on this phone — which means I can’t take advantage of the numerous deals out there, but most importantly, I can’t use the CTA bus tracker, unless I got to the web page, and hope that I can access that. Others can simply send a text with the bus tracker code and find immediately when the bus is coming. I, on the other hand, have to go thru several pages that are difficult to navigate and if I’m lucky, I might get some info. Not cool. I’ve complained about this to T-Mobile and the BBB and all I’ve heard back is «we just don’t do it.» This should be disclosed when you sign up for service, not after. The store was nearly empty the whole time I was there, mid-morning on a weekday. It’s not like I was stopping them from making sales. I am, after all, a customer, who pays every month. I’m the reason he even has a job. Too bad they can’t figure that out.

I have had to go to this T-Mobile store many times over my 7 years as a T-Mobile member. A few times bad for me but mostly for good reasons(phone upgrades.) Always attentive and helpful and the security guard is great at helping people pay their bills on the automated machine as if he himself actually works for T-Mobile. Always a pleasant experience. Way to go T-Mobile
