They won’t help you with fixing your account or phone. But if they do they are not interested and just want to quickly finish it. They’re only interested in commission and will make up anything to do the sale. Manager there will give an attitude.

Great service! These guys helped me with the new phone and completely made the transaction smooth. In past, I did have bad service at this store but with the new management and new associates this store is completely different. Love my new iPhone. Thank you

I went in to merge two plans together to have a lower bill. First of all, they took forever to help us, secondly they tried to rush us out. To keep the story short, my first bill came in which was promised to be about $ 260 for 4 phones, ended up being $ 345. I called T-Mobile and gave them the names of the reps working there. The lady from T-Mobile was really disappointed with everything I was lied about. I had a chat with their complaint department, and couple managers. I also gave them the names of the customer service reps that worked that day. T-Mobile is a good company, but this store is terrible for T-Mobile. Sales rep # 2547664.

What a scam. They told me that the case was in deal which I paid now my bill says it’s a monthly bill that will charge me $ 20 more for the case.

Would NEVER go here again. The lady Jenny lied right in front of me to get a bundle that would be free with my new phone. She would tell me oh you have good credit on the account thus it would be free for you. When the bills arrive it was 100 extras. I called back to the place and she was like oh I never said that, and I canny change the bundle since it more than 14 days. The store is has different offers than the site. Just careful, they say anything to sell you even it is a lie. Very disappointed at tmobile!!!
