I was in her chair and she was arguing with a client over my head! I could not believe she blamed the client for not choosing a hairstyle that would have her out of the salon and in time for her previous engagement!!! Rude, weird and rough around the edges. And by the way, my hair always looked great but the health of my hair was ruined!!!

I was a client a few years ago and the price was outrageous, yes it was rent about $ 625.00 yes indeed very high. The hair was a gift and after that I didn’t see to many other gifts for a very long time, smile. I must add that Tandria does great work but she was at that time the only one working in the shop plus answering the phone. Also it took 2 ½wks before I got a call back and the only thing that kept me from going back was the cost hopefully she have adjusted her prices, not to many people can afford that now. I have a small business and I lowered my prices to help my clients. Nevertheless, Tandria have skills the price and the time she calls back is the only issue I have.

Well what can I say about a place that doens’t return phone calls or email messages. So far, the only thing I can comment on is their customer service (or lack thereof) and it it really lacking! I have sent an email and left 2 voice mail messages trying to get an appointment for my daughter and no response. Needless to say, I won’t be making another attempt to contact them. Financial times are too hard to beg someone to take my money — I’ll just go elsewhere. Good luck trying to get an appointment!
