I started going to this place after my favorite Mexican restaurant jacked up their prices, I came to el Jamay a couple of times and purchased tacos de Chile relleno, each time they were ok, not the best, but at a ok price. The third time I purchased another taco de Chile relleno, I found some some small sharp object in the Chile breading, almost like a circular thing with thorns. Also, I went there at night one time to get an agua de horchata and I couldn’t drink it it was disgusting, it was whatever was leftover for the night.

The best Mexican joint we’ve found! Everything we’ve gotten from the menu has been top-​notch, and we’ve tried just about everything! I suggest the flautas, not on the menu, but delish, with a ton of salad too!
