UPS stores need to stop charging so much for taping boxes. I came here on a Saturday and the young man working was actually polite and welcoming. I was not charged for taping a small box closed. I was in and out within a minute.

HORRIBLE!!! They will nickel and dime you for simple tasks. I was in the area and decided to drop in.
I was returning an order from Zappos and needed a small tape across the flaps to seal it shut. ONE quick roll of the tape would’ve sufficed. I was told they would charge $ 2.18 for this… unbelievable and shocking. The UPS by my house (Foster/​Kimball) does this complimentary. I walked out with box in tow… solely on principle…
BAD customer service… Thankfully I have a UPS close to my house that actually values their customers business and will not be as ridiculous as charging for something as effortless as taping up a box.

Has changed owners many times over the years. Lately service has improved dramatically. Package service is fantastic. Belly card is no longer here.
