Great place. Barber was informed and friendly. Mason’s great. Close to Hyatt centric. Stop in if you’re in need of a haircut. They offer manicures while you’re getting a haircut if you need one.

Aida has been my hair stylist for a long time. She is fantastic! I’ve tried almost every barber in the Loop, and she is by far the best. She is careful and thoughtful. She carefully considers how a haircut will match the shape of one’s face, what will be flattering, etc. My wife used to constantly complain about my haircuts. Since I found Aida at Trueffit & Hill, my wife actually likes my hairstyle. That’s a small miracle.
The shop provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the entire staff is unfailingly pleasant.

Just got a beard trim from Mason at Truefitt. First time getting a professional beard grooming service as I’ve become very interested in growing and maintaining a good looking beard.
The work looks great and Mason was awesome. Great discussion, super relaxing and the beard looks great. Gave me some great pointers on my own self-​maintanance between services.
I’ll definitely be back.

I highly recommend this place! Whenever I’m in Chicago, I make sure to pay them a visit because of the excellent service they provide. The place is well maintained, staff is very courteous and my favorite part of the experience are the shaves — relaxing and on point!

Though this haircut cost me a bit more than I typically pay, I love this place. Aida has been my haircutter for two times now and she gave me an excellent cut. She’s also great to speak with and is very friendly. Good experience.

Truefitt & Hill provides a knowledgeable and friendly staff, master barbers, Fantastic products, and a professional shoe shine all at one location. I go in weekly for shoe shines and as often as needed for haircuts. Never been let down. I will continue to go back.
