TTR Data Recovery

I brought at CF card in a over month ago — it had stopped working and I needed the data to be recovered on it. I am professional photographer and told them it was time sensitive. They gave me these options:
1. Standard Service 10 – 15 Business day (no additional charge)
2. Rush Service 5 – 7 days ($ 799 additional)
3. Emergency Service 1 – 3 day ($ 1,299 additional)
I have had CF card malfunctions in the past but never been charged to rush services (especially at that cost) so I chose standard service. The 15 business days passed and days later I was contacted to let me know that they couldn’t recover the data on my disc. Moreover, they returned the card to me in PIECES. I took it in to my local data recovery place just to see if there was anything they could do and the technician there told me that (1) it looked as if TTR had taken the CF card apart in a way that damaged the files even more (2) that it looked like the way they went about the recovery was completely wrong and (3) that it never should’ve been returned to me in pieces. I will NEVER use this place again and beg anyone who cares about their data to avoid TTR as well. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

TTR saved me big time! I was in the middle of writing my dissertation when my hard drive died on me and I found out I had foolishly not backed up my hard drive for 3 months. They very quickly recovered the data from my hard drive so I could get back
